I used to go there on my lunch break. When you call ahead your meal is ready in 15 mins, so when we got there we could sit right down and eat. Their prices recently went up it is a little pricey for a lunch, but the food is good.

Samuels is a great little bar. Whether it is for a late dinner or drinks. The food was surprisingly good for a bar. It was also nice to go downtown without the hustle of Worhtington Street.
