I have been a patient of Dr. Shaffer's for more than 20 years. She's great, and is especially good at recommending very good specialists when i need them. Makes it much easier to go to a stranger, when I know I can trust her judgment.

Linda was a great nurse: knowledgeable, kind, funny, personable and willing to spend time answering questions. I miss her a lot.

I found Anita to be quite pleasant, however her nurse, Linda was quite rude!! I have heard from VARIOUS patients that Linda "believes" she dictates Anitas' practice.
My experience with the receptionist was pleasant and always has been. I have been a patient of Anitas' for over 16 years;her receptionist have ALWAYS been pleasant..HOW DO THEY "UP" WITH LINDA (WHEW!)
