They have created a pleasant and positive environment, so much that I do not mind going to my appointments. The Dr. and his assistants are all very nice people too.

This dentist has been great for me and my family. He has a great location not too far from us. He has always been a pleasure to visit and takes good care of us. Even my son likes him and says he doesnt mind going to the dentist anymore!

I just went in for a check up and paid cash at this dentist after an appointment near there. The Dr. was very kind and so was his staff. He took care of me and fixed a small cavity as well.

I had a great experience here when I was looking for a referral to an orthodontist. The Dr. took the time to explain things to me and do a thorough exam. all in all he was a very caring and compassionate person that helped me out a great deal.

My family has been with Dr. Banister for 8 years. He has given us excellent service from day one. My son is seven years old and he does not fear going to the dentist. Dr. Banister makes him feel at ease.

I was pregnant when I first went in. Had an exam, skipped the x-rays since I was prego, so we performed a routine cleaning or so I thought. He was so rough, I had never experienced such a painful cleaning in my life. I usually have a great pain tolerance and every time I even made a sound or motioned that it was too painful he pulled back in an irritated manner.
By the time he was done, he just left the room. No "it was nice meeting you", "thank you for coming into my office", "It was nice billing you insurance or taking your money".....he just moved on to the next patient. He is money hungry, not very interested in keeping patients happy.

On the other hand his side kick, Dr Geronimo was en excellent dentist, professional and family oriented. Wish he had his own office.

Dr. Bannister is great guy and a super dentist. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The back office staff always make me feel comfortable and are very professional. Once I had a toothache and had to be seen right away. I was given an appt right away despite the full schedule. Bottom line, great dentist, great staff. What more could you want in a dental office.

My wife had a tooth ache in a rear bottom molar, She called Dr. Bannister for an appointment to have the tooth extracted. We are covered by Aetna Dental Insurance. We presented to the dental clinic on time, and after the usual filling out of forms, she was called into the examination area. She made it clear, both on the forms and to the examining clinician that all she was there for was to have the tooth in question extracted. She had xrays and a visual examination by a clinician. Instead of doing the extraction, which she requested, they presented her with an ESTIMATE of needed services. The total estimate was $13,000.00. They also informed us that after deduction for the insurance benefit the estimate was still $13,000.00. We left without anything being done. Later we went to a local dentist, had the extraction, $65.00 cost less insurance benefit of 35.00 and paid the remainder in cash of 30.00. This dentist made no mention of any additional work required.

Had had 5+ visits. The cost of a procedure is settled before leaving. However, EACH visit was followed by another bill in the mail. They claim my insurance paid less than the quoted allowance. My insurance company says this is NOT the case. They pay that amount of the quote. I believe they quote you a lower patient cost so you would be more inclined to have the procedure, then charge you the difference after you leave. Also had two instances where charges were submitted for procedure that were not performed. This was later dismissed as an accounting error. They either have poor accounting practices or are deceiving their patients of the true cost for their services. BEWARE!

This was the worst denisit i've ever been too. 1st of all my appointment was at 4pm and they called me in at 4:45. To make matters worst I had to come back because my tooth chipped after 2 days from getting a bonding. And even then he left me in the room waiting because he was with other patient. I got up and left because still at 5:26 the denisit was still with another patient. Worst worst denist don't go! I should of looked him up 1st.

06/08/2010: Undergoing any dental procedure at this office is a risk. After switching to a new dentist, it was observed and reported that all work performed by Jerome Bannister was alarmingly mal-performed and resulted in additional damage to some teeth. All work performed by Jerome Bannister needed to be corrected as well as additional work to fix the damage induced by Jerome Bannister. Avoid this dentist if you value your and/or your childrens teeth. We are pursuing filing malpractrice and compensation for losses against Jerome Bannister.

My experience with dr Bannister I gotta say the Worst. All they care is making the quick Buck. The y have an assembly line going. One after another, Sure he been around for a long time does'nt mean he good. His office is old out of date so is his equipment. It seem they clean that place once a week. His tech is plain Lazy .He should be fire! He left the sucking thing in my mouth he did not even hold them. I'm suprised the doc did'nt say anything. It cause me to have damage tissue in my mouth from the sucking in one area. His prices was high. I would Not recommend to any one of my friends or family because they out there to make a quick buck..Yes they freindly to get you in the door but they charge you for stuff that you don't need. I found a better dentist down the street..They much better there price is very affordable equipment is up to date friendly, honest. For Dr Jerome A Bannister I'm Not going back!

I had some work done here because Dr. Bannister is a really nice guy and makes me feel comfortable. However, work on several teeth now have to be corrected so I'm choosing to have this done at another dentist. I wouldn't go back here. Also, my husband only went here twice, and after long waits for an exam/cleaning he switched dentists.

Dr. Bannister is an excellent dentist. He makes dental procedures as pain free as possible. He seems to know my teeth and gums limits and eases off before the drills induce pain. What other dentist can do that? The clinic is quite small and the rooms could use some decoration, but then again, you dont go there to appreciate the wallpaper but to get some work done in your teeth.
