Our visits to Dr. Zotovich's office have been very pleasant, the staff is friendly and efficient. Both times we have come we have been helped immediately and on time. The dentists assistant is kind and patient with my children and does a great job keeping them comfortable. Dr. Zotovich is a very trustful dentist, knowledgeable and good with my children. Im the mother of 4 Children ages 15, 13, 9 & 5. We have seen Dr. Ralph for over 7 years. I can say that I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Ralph Zotovich-from day one to the present, I have never had any issues or complaints. All of my children have recieved excellent service. I have never seen a better team that worked so well. I moved to Morgan Hill 4 years ago and still continue to come to this office I would recommend anyone to come home , you will not regret it.-NV

I have been going to Dr. Zotovich for over 20 years since my oldest child was an infant. Still bringing my 12 year old twins as well. We are very happy and pleased with the service here. The staff is very friendly, helpful & family oriented. The staff is really easy and wonderful to talk to. They show so much love and concern for kids. The kids never afraid to go and wait because of the wonderful care they give to the kids. Also at the end of the visit Dr. Zotovich consults with the parents and gos into details about the check up. with the kids being present which is great for the whole family. The staff here is the best and our family loves each and everyone of them for all their hard work, sincere dedication and warmth they gave out to each and everyone. Keep up the fantastic work.

All my 3 kids see Dr. Zotovich. We like the friendly staff and the care Dr. Zotovich provides to the kids. He takes time to explain preventative treatments and advice on how to maintain healthy teeth & gums. We appreciated the time he spent with us to the orthodontist consultation visit.

My children and I have enjoyed coming to the office. Everyone is so friendly. The waiting room with the books and playhouse takes the edge off the visit. The kids enjoy coming for their cleaning. I also love the wall of items that kids should not consume. He provides another objective opinion on what is good for you.

Dr. Zotovich is extremely knowledgeable and proactive in his treatment methods. He is also patient and warm with his patients. His staff is very professiona . The first time we went ot see Dr. Zotovich when my kids were at age of 3 and 4. its been almost 3 years wince then and every time they go to the doctor's office with a smile and leaving with a smile too. The doctor does a great job by taking his time after each visit explaining observations to the parents as well as providing with valuable instruction. Im very satisfied

We have had great experience with Dr. Zotovich and his staff. They are great with both my 3 year old and 6 year old sons. My little guy had to have a lot of work done on his very soft teeth and the hygenist and dentist were both great - very patient and sweet with him. The office is fun for the kids too.

We did have to wait a bit but expect that knowing that kids are involved. I know my two take a bit to warm up to any dentist or doctor so it takes a bit longer.

We have been seeing Dr. Zotovich for many years; my first son loved Dr. Zotovich and is now grown-up We moved out of the area and came back and now my younger son sees Dr. Zotovich and also loves him. He is a kind and gentle dentist and his taff is excellent. They make sure your child is well cared for. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Zotovich.-LY

Dr Zotovich was awful! My 3-yr-old daughter needed several cavities filled. Dr Z accused me of being at fault for this. I brush her teeth twice daily and allow her VERY FEW things containing sugar. He would not believe me and continued to lecture me.

They made her drink a terrible stuff that she almost vomited on as they threatened her, then plugged her nose to make her swallow it. After she got loopy, THEN they gassed her and gave her Novocaine. She slept at home most of rest of the day after it was over. I know they over-drugged her. I'd NEVER go back! I'm sure there are good dentists wouldn't treat us this way. Just ask around a lot.

Dr Zotovich never smiled to my daughter or I, and he treated me with great disrespect, as did many of the staff is very pushy about dental treatment and doesn't give you the option of making any decisions on your childs dental health. The hygienist was very condescending and NOT good with kids at all. The bottom line is that they want your money. They dont even seem to like kids. Its all about the money. No children should have to go through what my daughter went through. So if this prevents even just one child from going through that again, I'll be content. I will forever regret going to this unprofessional, incompetent dentist. Beware!

Agreed with all previous reviews. I've been taking my 2 kids for past 2-3 years and there hasn't been a single time that both my kids and I came out happy.
- In waiting room, not seeing your kids for more than an hour. Not updating you what is going on
- Kids told me that they were in there and playing and waiting, nothing going on
- Always find another follow-up to come back after regular check up and most of the times you have to come up with out-of-pocket money
- Staff were rude and demanding

Kids were so happy as soon as I decided to switch to another dentist.

Like the first review said, "Do your kids and yourself a favor. Don't even start with Dr Zotovich"

Do you want your kids to hate you forever and maybe disown you when they grow older? If you answered yes to these questions, then maybe Dr. Zotovich is right for you! My 7-year old daughter will be forever traumatized with this dentist. I made the mistake of leaving her alone (because I was asked to wait in the waiting room) while they gave her sedation juice and she came out crying and traumatized. She told me later that they strapped her and gave it to her lying down that she almost choked. She woke up mid-procedure because she threw up half of the juice they gave her and Zotovich tells me that he refuses to treat my "uncooperative" child unless she was completely under!?? The IV anesthesia would not be covered by insurance and it will cost $950! I told him that I give her meds all the time and she?s not ?uncooperative? and I do not have to put her in a straight jacket. Not to mention his assistants who were impolite to the point of boorishness. No children should have to go through what my daughter went through. So if this prevents even just one child from going through that again, I'll be content. I will forever regret going to this unprofessional, incompetent deficient, who waves around his dentistry license from 1976 like it makes a difference, calls himself an experienced pediatric dentist. There is no way he should be treating children. And on top of that, he puts in white composite fillings (which weren't covered by my insurance) instead of silver amalgam fillings(which were covered) on her molars after they "pre-authorize" our insurance. Smart move to make an extra 300 bucks.

Dr. Zotovich, DDS is one of the most uncaring I have ever encountered. Being a pediatric dentist, him and this staff is totally incompetent in caring for kids. Please do your child and yourself a favor, you have a choice, choose another dentist. Get an opinion from other parents with young kids. There are many excellent dentists in San Jose. Save your child the agony. If you want a caring dentist for life. this one is not it.

Never go to this dentist. The dentist and staff were unfriendly and demanding. They charge $120 for being late although you call in and tell them that you are having difficulty locating the office. They even charge for canceling an appointment that you didn't even make. They force me to do procedures that I told them I could not afford and get mad when you don't want those procedures done. Terrible service from the dentist to the staff. Don't ever want to go back there!!!!

My son had cleaning done with him. On his second appointment, I called the office the day before to verify the time of the appointment and the hygienist said my son's appt was 9am. So when we got in around 8:50 they said we were late!!! They said the appt was 8:30 and we were supposed to come in 30 minutes prior, so it means 8:00, But their office opens at 8:30... Then they said we have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I told them that it was their fault because they told me a diiferent time. And they dont even send reminders. Now, they are billing me $120 because I refused to wait due to I have other appointments that day. Pls avoid this dental office.
