Adamec Chiropractic - Michael Adamec, DC

For the past couple of years, I've been having major issues with my lower back. Last year I went to Dr. Adamec to get an adjustment, and afterwards the pain was still there :-/ So I never returned. Recently I clumsily fell down some steps, and kinked my neck. I needed some decompression therapy. I returned 2 weeks to utilize the therapy. I set an appointment and they were quick to call back to confirm. I once again saw Dr. Adamec and have to say he was professional, courteous and good with his hands.

When the usual chiropractic care was not effective in relieving my back pain, Dr. Adamec suggested an MRI. After reviewing the technical MRI report he determined I was an ideal candidate (having decompressed lumbar discs), for Cox Therapy. I agreed to give it a try. With 2 sessions not yet completed I am delighted to state that I am already a 'new person'. From being unable to lie down comfortably, unable to sit for more than a few minutes at a time and experiencing pain when walking, I can now sit for 9 hours at my job, sleep comfortably and walk without pain. The therapy worked exactly the way it was described. I know the discs are still compressed, but now there's more room for them, so I am not in pain. I expect that by continuing the exercise regimen and nutritional supplements with monthly maintenance I'll continue feeling like a 'new person'.

I began seeing Michael Adamec on December 27, 2012 for a pinched nerve in my C6-7 vertibrae. I was in extreme pain having to keep my right arm over my head to help reduce the pain. Dr. Adamec, seeing how much pain I was in, went out of his way to provide me treatment through his decompression and electric symbolos technique. Within weeks of starting treatment the pain gradually subsided where I was able to return back to work. I still had pain in my right arm and tingling in my fingers, but with continued treatment the pain actually has pretty much gone away! I really think without the treatment Dr. Michael Adamec provided me I would have needed surgery. I want to thank him for his immediate proper diagnosis and treatment of my injury for I wouldn't be back in the shape I am so quickly.

One of the best Chiropractors in the capital district. When my back got bad that I needed to see a neurosurgen he was my biggest advocate in getting me an immediate appointment. My general physician tried for months to get an appointment for months at several neurosurgeons to no avail. Dr. Ademac got me in on the day he called.

Dr. Ademac has helped me numerous times over the years in many ways (bio-mechanics, general physician and neuro-surgical appoinments as needed.) I owe my ability to walk because of his skills after neuro-surgens failed to return daily phone calls. He know's when bio-mechanics, medicice and surgery are needed.

Everybody at this office is looking to help you. Dr. Adamec is a Great doctor. He does everything he can to make you comfortable and relieve your pain as quickly as possible.
