After trying to deal with feet problems on my own, I finally decided to seek out a podiatrist to deal with my issues. What a relief! I went to see Dr. Jones and learned so much about foot mechanics and importance of wearing appropriate shoes. I resisted initially, but have limited flip-flop wear. He set me up with orthotics and the types of shoes I should be wearing. It has really made such a difference!
