I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I'm definitely going to make sure to get my next full eye exam with the doctor, since just getting glasses was such a pleasure. There hours are great as well. Highly recommended!

I wear glasses. I'm here once every year to get my eye exam and my prescription glasses. The staff are really nice and helpful. The doctor is really cool and helpful. They carry all brands ( Gucci, Armani, Fossil, etc.) the prices are good, plus they can work a deal for you that is where I got my G.A frame.

I started seeing Dr. Bourgoin a few years ago. The first time I saw him, I explained that I wasn't a fan of my contacts because they were the annual-replacement kind and custom fit for my eyes. I wanted something that allowed my eyes to breathe more and that could be replaced easily if I lost a contact or whatever.He was able to fit me for 2-week contacts and fit the contacts so that I didn't have to get the custom fit ones either. He's very informative and helpful, and willing to answer all my questions and listen to any problems I may be having with my eyes.

I love this place. Best frame selection and friendly service. Forget those chain businesses with ordinary choices and go to the best!

They're so friendly and Dr. Bourgoin is really thorough and explaining everything that I need to know and more. My co-workers and friends comes here for their eye exams. I relied on my family, friends, and co-workers on a good Optometry and told me Custom Eyes is the place to be, so I had my annual eye exam here recently and I'm glad I did. These guys are fantastic. Dr. Bourgoin was really thorough and attentive...he actually helped me resolve a dry eye issue I've had for years, and he gave me the perfect prescription. I had some lenses put in old glasses and they came out perfect. This is a great shop. I highly recommend them.

Had some trouble with my prescription, so my friends recommended Dr. Bourgoin and he was great. Was able to see me the next day and got me all sorted out. Yes, it's a nice place, Dr. Bourgoin and his staff are all very nice and professional. They clearly really care about what they do, and they were able to finally give me the right prescription - not something that was ever difficult before, but for some reason I'd had issues with it now. Dr. Bourgoin is def my eye Doctor from now on!

Evidently, I'm not the only individual that has suffered the un-professional behaviour of the staff and doctor at this office. Please don't waste your time, as you will be treated rudely and basically will suffer a negative experience here. It amazes me that this office is still in business with the way they treat people. I hope that everyone will read this review and will certainly think twice about patronizing such a bad establishment. Please don't walk away- run like the wind from this business and find an office that does not take you for granted and treats you with the respect that you deserve. I hope this review has helped in some way.

Great service. The staff was so nice and friendly. I was impressed with the exam. Convenient hours. I was happy that the Dr took the time to listen to what I wanted in glasses and contac lenses. The staff was patient when looking for my glasses. Thank you.
