Make sure you deny a resident at the hospital if you go with Dr. Urig. Good Sum said you can refuse but at that spot, they gave you a pressure to accept a resident. I accepted promising a resident don't use a needle or don't give me any medication. A resident did not know how to use ultra sounds machine nor how mach dilated.
After my son's birth, she stitched me because somehow my lip was torn. She attached to wrong area. Because of that, three years past, still have occasional irritation that area.
Dr Urig had never examined what she did.
I went to other Dr. to examine what was wrong. He said it is attached wrong area but if I want to fix it he need to cut the area again.
I am so disappointed about Good Sum and Dr. Urig.

Dr. Urig was my OB/GYN for both of my children (we have since moved to the northwest). Both kids were planned c-sections; the first because of a breach position and the second by choice. I was glad that Dr. Urig allowed me to chose a c-section for the second delivery rather than trying to discourage me or talk me into a VBAC which I didn't want. He is a very skilled surgeon and both deliveries went quickly and without any problems.
If you're looking for a good OB/GYN, I would highly recommend Dr. Urig - you can see him at either the Ahwatukee or Phoenix offices.
