I really like Valerie. I see her rather than a physician. I trust her and feel like she listens to me and cares for me.
Like others have said, the office staff has been ... unacceptable... in the past, but that seems to have been repaired recently.

This office had its share of rude receptionists, that almost caused me to stop coming to this facility. But their current receptionist is very nice and the wait time for visits has gotten much better. Valerie Kastens, the Nurse Practioner, is the best asset amongst the team. I have been gong to her for almost 15 years now and would never go to anyone else.
