My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Krattli for 6 years for eyecare. This year my husband had some spots in front of his eyes that weren't the normal "floaters" you experience with aging eyes. He called Dr. Krattli and he immediately made an appt. for him with an eye surgeon. He didn't recommend someone - he contacted them himself and made the appt! Within two days he was having surgery to re-attach his retina. I purchase eyeglasses and contacts both from them and am always impressed with their friendly, thoughtful service. You sure don't get that kind of attention at Costco!!

Makes you feel very comfortable, taking time to find out how things are going (life as well as health).

His office has a very good selection of glasses to select from. He is very professional, is quick, and always ready to help.

Dr. Krattli and his team are just wonderful. A couple of years back I had an ophthalmic migrane on a Sunday afternoon. I had no idea what was happening so I called Dr. Krattli and was able to get his home number, which is just unheard of these days! He calmed me down and gently explained what was happening. I really appreciated it.

A few months ago I began to wear contacts. I had an astigmatism and wasn't sure if I could wear contacts, but the staff helped me determine which would be the best type. When it was time for the fitting, the nurse sat with me for 30 mins while I tried repeatedly to get the contacts in my eyes (it was my first time!). She was very encouraging and very patient.

I wish I could take the Doctor and his staff with me to Texas when I move at the end of the month, but I will have to settle for a referral.

Dr Krattli and his staff are great - very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain things to my daughters when I am unable to accompany them to their appontments. Even though we have moved out of Des Moines, we still find it worth the extra travel to have Dr Krattli and his staff attend to our vision needs. They have some Saturday appointment available.
