I've never really thought anyone would open a hat store, but Lids apparently is one. They have a lot of different kinds of hats (a lot of baseball and other sports related caps), but seriously, I don't see the point of it. They do have some nice hats and all, but its all being sold at retail prices and such. Not a bad store, but the other stuff they sell isn't that great either.
I went to Kobes just from rumors about how fun it is, and I must say, its a blast to go. Its basically a huge piece of land with lots of little parking spots sold off to people to sell their own stuff. This is the place you want to go to if you are looking for cheap old or used stuff or want a nice long walk. Sometimes they even have really cool stuff, like antiques.
Circle K doesn't get that much attention compared to other convenience stores. Personally, this is one of the better ones. They have a cashier that actually has a little energy and have food I want. They sell other miscellaneous stuff for who knows when and are great to go to before a long trip or if you need to take a bathroom break.
Go to 7 Eleven. This place is where to get all your food when you are on the go. You can come here, and come out with 20 bucks worth of junk, but delicious none the less. I usually buy lunch from them when I don't have anything else to eat and grab a slurpee. They have some really exotic food and candy sometimes and is where I get my magazines.
This is the Foot Locker that is willing to open at 5 in the morning to sell the latest pair of Nike Jordans. They are that devoted to shoes and giving them to people who love them. Their selection isnt as great as other places, but its good none the less. Being a big shoe shopper, I love to be able to get on their hot prices.
CompUSA has some great deals here and then, and usually has some low prices year around. They have a lot of cool computer stuff, as well as electronics and cell phones. During my last trip, I got a lot of friendly customer service and even got my stuff carried out to my car (it was kind of heavy). This place would be even better if they had stuff I needed.
Toys R Us is where I go when I need to think about my childhood. They have all sorts of cool toys here, from barbies to gigantic robots. They know how to please the children and have some okay prices (some stuff is too expensive for my taste). They have a really under appreciated video game department, which has been great to me.
This walmart knows how to sell stuff. They have some ridiculous pricing on stuff that would usually be a bundle more. Although the quality of this stuff isn't exactly A-grade, its good enough to survive with. Walmart is where I always go when I need office supplies or home decoration. They also sell some of the cheapest music CDs, even the new releases!
This target is very friendly and energetic. They know how to get things done and are very responsive when I asked for help. They have a lot of really cheap stuff and I sometimes go here just for fun when im bored. Last time they even let me return some stuff without a receipt. I'm a regular target customer, and this is definately one of the better stores.
Target is a great place to get everything. They have some decent clothes, cheap jewelry, nice electronics, the latest books and more. It is the kind of place that you can buy motor oil and a birthday card at the same time. This place is fast and very cheap. You can save money while getting some decent stuff. What are you waiting for?
