The vet at Bellport Animal Hospital has always taken excellent care of our animals, since 1980. Over the years, we have had three cats, two dogs and four parakeets. We have boarded the cats there, and they take very good care of them.

Medford Pastaria

The Medford Pastaria is probably Medford's best kept secret. The food is fantastic, including the variety of breads in your pre-dinner bread basket. You won't pay an arm and a leg, and you can even just get a slice of pizza in their pizzeria, if you really wanted to. It is rarely crowded and hardly ever a wait. There are also specials every night.

El Pollo Loco

Al Dente is the Italian restaurant located within the Foxwoods Casino Resort complex. The food is excellent. They have a wide variety of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Do try the tiramisu- excellent!

Al Dente accepts comp points on your player card, which is nice because it is a bit pricey. Worth it though!

Mgm Grand At Foxwoods

The Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods is one of the two original hotels. It is directly connected to the gaming area, so there is no reason to leave your hotel. You have access to the spa, restaurants, casinos, bingo hall, shops and more. The staff is very accommodating and it is usually very quick to check in and out.

Two Trees Inn At Foxwoods

The Two Trees Inn is located on the premises of Foxwoods Resort Casino, but does not have any sor of gambling in the building. The hotel is nice and the staff is helpful, but you have to take a shuttle to get to the gaming areas. This hotel is usually less expensive than the other hotels on the grounds of Foxwoods.

Foxwoods Resort Casino

Foxwoods Resort Casino is a bit of Vegas in Connecticut, only not as tacky. The different hotels are very nice, especially the new MGM Grand. The restaurants are fabulous, especially Al Dente. If you like Bingo, this is the place for you. There are thousands of slot machines, ranging from a penny to $100 per pull. There are hundreds of table games, most of which have at least a $5 minimum. Keno goes on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Reese's 1900

Believe it or now, Reese's used to be an old funeral parlor. There is only a smattering of tables in a relatively small space. The sandwiches are HUGE, tasty and inexpensive. This is a great place for lunch!

Cooperage Inn

While a bit pricey, the Cooperage Inn is a terrific restaurant. There is a wide variety of dishes, and the service is excellent. The Sunday brunch is the best, especially for families with older children. They often run specials, such as Lobster Bakes and Harvest Festivals.

Suffolk Federal Credit Union

I have been banking with Suffolk Federal Credit Union for nearly five years. This branch is quite small and rarely busy. There are two drive-up lanes around the back with one drive-up ATM, which are rarely used. The people are nice and the service is fast.

Italian Village

The Italian Village is actually three different Italian restaurants in one building. All of the restaurants are excellent. be sure to make a reservation before trying to go to dinner on a weekend!
