I went to have my front two tires balanced to smooth out my ride. Well the work was all done and the next day I was detailing my truck and realized there were two lug nuts not installed on my front right wheel.

PROS: They corrected the problem
CONS: It could have been a disaster

Haircut Store

My wife had her haircut there this past summer and they practically cut all of her hair off. Obviously this isn't what she wanted. The terrible stylist kept messing it up and and having to cut more. By the time it was all overwith, my wife's shoulder length hair was less than an inch long.

CONS: the stylist don't listen

Walmart Vision & Glasses

Wal Mart is always under manned. Its a good thing they save you money because you waste so much time stading in line there. They have 27 check out lines and usually only have 3 checkers. No matter what time of day it is.

Jack in the Box

The young man in charge of cleaning the seating area and tables was not very smart. While my wife and I were finishing our meals the young man vacuumed the carpets and then picked the vacuum up and proceeded to vacuum the table tops. If this is how they clean with customers in the place I'd hate to see how they clean after hours.

Carl's Jr

The counter workers at Carls Junior could not speak fluent English. The process of ordering two Hamburger meals and drinks and fries was a hassel. It took more than five minutes to order and they still put tomatos on my burger

my experience was with the body shop. Once my insurance company paid the check to have my damages repaired the sevice got really bad. We came to pick the car up and the driver's door lever was broke, and it wasn't when we brought it in. They told us that we had broke it and were liars.

I was pleased and dissapointed with my experience at this service deptartment simply because the clerks made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. What made me like the place was that they kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on with my car.
