We've been to a lot of pizza places over the years. Let's face it, Little Caesar's (LC) is pretty much the junk food of the pizza world, everybody knows that. So, my expectations for a "good" pizza are pretty low when I come here. What I want is fast, cheap, available, and hot. Something quick, that I can pick up amidst the chaos of any particular busy day. Usually, I have no problem with this with LC at most of the locations I visit. However, this one seems to be different.
On just about every occasion I happen by the Willis LC, there is inevitably a wait. Yes, a wait.. for their well-advertised hot and ready pizzas. I understand things get busy at times, I know working fast food sucks, especially low paid pizza gigs. What I want to address is management. There is just simply no reason to always have such a long wait time EVERY single time people come in here. Obviously there is a demand for your service, so either hire more people, train the people you've got, or step aside and let someone else who is capable of managing take over. It should not be difficult to make pizzas. The location in Conroe by HEB excels at having pizzas HOT, READY, and without a myriad of people standing inside, out in their cars, all with facial expressions reminiscent of a wait line at the DMV.
C'mon, get it together. The last two times I have attempted to come here, I've had to leave, just simply because I don't have the time to sit around and wait 30 minutes for cheap pizza. Until you improve, I'll be looking elsewhere.
Terrible experience. Tried to order a watch from them, and waited days for a response. After several emails, they finally got back to me and said they would send me the watch. Waited patiently several weeks, with no tracking information or expectation of ever receiving it. I ended up having to go through a recovery process to get my money back, with not so much as an apology. Never again!!
The burgers are definitely good, and so is their breakfast. I have not tried everything on the menu, usually because I don't have time to wait for them to make it. I have a limited time for lunch, and each time I have phoned in my order, I give them reasonable time to prepare my food (usually 20+ minutes) so I can just go pay and pick it up. Well each time I have done that, they have taken an additional unreasonable amount of time to have my food ready. One time it took SO long to get my burger (after I had already paid), that I didn't even have time to eat it. It was time to be back at work, so I had to wait until my break. While in the meantime, people that they know on a first name basis showed up and got their food with hardly any wait at all. The food is good, but not good enough to justify the wait time. It does NOT take 45 mins to make a burger! Either hire more help or tell people how long it will actually take!
Do not eat here! This was our first visit to Jefferson and our friends recommended this place. First of all, the food took FOREVER to get to us. The waitress was very short with us, did not come refill our drinks, we had to go out and ask for things we wanted, and there were not that many people in the restaurant.
Once the food finally did come, it was cold, tasteless, and bland. The fries were soggy and disgusting, and at $2.50 you would expect them to be better. Everything was overpriced, it was seriously our worst restaurant experience in years. We get better service at fast food joints, this was bad. We will never eat here again.
I discovered James in November 2011 by a business card left on my vehicle. I've been taking my 97 BMW 3-series and my Honda Accord to him ever since. He is very considerate to what it is that you need exactly, and is quick, fair, and honest. He is a rare example of what mechanics with integrity should be like in a field that often takes too much advantage of people too often.
I recommend James to anyone around, whether they have a european car or not. He'll work on anything, and if there's something he can't do, he will direct you to a reputable source that can!
Very nice and helpful folks. I had a problem once and the owner sat me down and explained everything. Highly recommend!
Their prices have risen to less than competitive.. treading in stealership territory. They wanted to charge me $600 to repair a front and rear ball joint. I found another mechanic who let me buy all my own parts and ended up overhauling my entire suspension for less than $900. If I want to pay stealership prices, I'll go to the stealer and at least get a loner vehicle.
This is a good place to grab a good burger if you happen to be in town, and this place happens to be open. I think they close around 3, not sure, but they seem to be closed whenever you want to go there. The food is good, the prices are just okay, if not above average, service is okay.
I have not gone back to this restaurant not because of the food or the service or the prices, but because of the owner and how he treats his employees. Often times when I go in, he is yelling at or belittling his employees, right in front of customers and thinks he is someone special because he's been in newspapers or something. I will not support someone who treats their employees like that, maybe thats why they are never open, he runs them all off.
This location is just okay in my opinion. I come here because it's close, but it's hard to find good things to say about a particular Subway when 6-7 times out of 10, when you ask for a certain type of bread, they don't have it.. and you're forced to get the hard, baked-earlier-in-the-day bread which nobody wants. I thought their motto was eat fresh, not "sorry, we only have the white or wheat we baked several hours ago."
Brookshire Brothers is one of two stores in the Montgomery area, the other one being Wal-Mart, so choices as of where to shop are somewhat limited. BB is a good store to find what you need for the time being, but not recommended to get all your groceries due to their higher costs. Most everything in the store will run you 15-30% more than HEB, Kroger or Wal-Mart, but when time and convenience is a factor, they will usually have what you need.
As a supermarket, it is fairly small. If you are looking for a unique item, you're unlikely to find it here, although the shelves are well stocked and check out times are very good.
The produce is very good and well stocked, the management here obviously takes pride in the quality of it. The meat is about the best you'll find anywhere, and the staff is friendly, prompt and helpful.
Summary: Brookshire Brothers is a great place to get your meat, produce, and a quick run-to store to get those things you need quick, but don't plan on checking off your entire grocery list here if money is an important factor.
