Hair Designers
Hair Designers is a great place to go to get your hair cut. They are very fast and efficient and do the job right the first time. I have never been unhappy with a cut that I have received here. The prices are comparable to other hair cutting establishments in the Oshkosh area. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. Parking is never a problem.

The Appleton Public Library is a great library to bring your children to to get them interested and allow them to enjoy reading! They have a wonderful train in the children's area that is a great touch! They also have a Summer reading program that my children absolutely love! They can't wait to go! For adults as well the library is very well-organized and they have a large selection. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
Fond Du Lac City Library
The City of Fond du Lac library, while not as big as a larger city library, is still a decent place to go. They carry almost any title you may be looking for and if they do not have it you are able to get it through an Interlibrary loan. Being a smaller library the staff seems to be more available to help you if you are to need assistance. Parking is never a problem as they have a large lot. The library is always clean and the computers are always well-maintained.
City Of Oshkosh Library
The City of Oshkosh Library is a nice-sized library that is very well laid out. They have a great selection of books, videos, DVD's and audio books! They also have a large children's area where my children love to hang out and read books. The library workers are very helpful in assisting you if you can't find the book or subject that you are looking for. The hours that they are open is convenient as well.
Jons Sport Shop
If you are a hunter, then Jon's Sport Shop is the place for you! They carry everything and anything related to hunting! The employees also know the sport of hunting inside and out and will help you to find the correct equipment that you need whether you are just strating out or are a seasoned hunter. While they do have some good deals on some of their equipment other items can be a little high-priced.
Wheel & Sprocket
Wheel & Sprocket has a very decent selection of mountain bikes and other types of bikes that you may be looking for. We have purchased a total of three bikes fromt his store and have been very satisfied. The prices are pretty decent as well. The staff is very knowledgable and will assist you in finding the best bike that will suit you. They are very easy to get to as they are very close to the highway. Their hours are convenient also.
Kids Clothes
Kid's Clothes carries a large selection of quality used children's clothing. The articles all seem to be in great condition with no pilling, fraying, tears or stains on them. I have found though that some of their items seem to be a little overpriced. I even found two items that were exactly the same but had a $4.00 price difference. The store is clean and it is easy to find the sizes that you are looking for.
St Patrick Book Store
Saint Patrick Bookstore is the only place in town that I am aware of that carries a vast array of the perfect gifts for any Christian occasion - Baptism, First Communion, etc. The employees are very helpful in assisting you in finding the perfect gift to suit the event. Whenever my nieces or nephews reach one the Christian milestones this is the only place that I go to to find a gift. Parking is a tad bit difficult at times but it is worth it. Their prices are fairly reasonable as well.
Conkey's Book Store
Conkeys Book Store is a wonderful family owned book store! They have tons and tons of books in every genre imaginable! If they don't have the specific title or author that you are looking for they will order it for you. The employees are very helpful and you can tell that they really enjoy their line of work. The hours of the bookstore are very convenient as well.
Pages & Pipes
Jerry's Pages & Pipes is a nice, cozy little store with very friendly and helpful employees. Their stock of books is a little bit on the small side but they do carry some great titles. They also carry magazines and newspapers which is convenient. Parking can be a little difficult as it is located on College Avenue. It is a great little place to check out though!
