This thrift store is the best I have found. Racks upon racks of men's and women's clothing and accessories - everything is in excellent condition and a lot of times you will be very surprised at the things people give away or will sell for only a few dollars. You can also sell your old clothes here. It will take you a while to go through everything, but the bargains are amazing and you'll be glad you came.
This store is HUGE and has just about everything for the house and home. Not everything is inexpensive, but things are always on sale and of good quality. I especially like their kitchen collections, they use a lot of bright colors and have a lot of really nice looking plastic ware if you are prone to breaking things!
This store is a bit on the pricey side, EXCEPT when they have sales. Their linens, dishes, furniture etc. are very high quality and as soon as the collections are replaced by that of next season's "IT" look everything goes on sale and THIS is when to buy.
Not only can you buy scuba equipment here, you can also sign up for scuba certification classes or private lessons. The employees are very knowledgable, and the prices are what they should be. There really aren't that many places to scuba dive in College Station, obviously, but it's worth it to get certified because you can't go diving without it. Let the water of the world be your diving oyster.
At MAC, your face is treated as a canvas with brightly colored makeup as your paints. They have matte, glossy, sheer and opaque and their products come in every color imaginable. Trained makeup artists are there to help you have fun with makeup, showing you what colors and products are best for you. Their makeup is longlasting and high quality, and they have fun little kits as well.
This store has a decent selection, but the prices are too high to not shop somewhere else. You can find CDs, DVDs, and books - all which you can find for a better price at Best Buy or Borders.
If you love shoes, as I do, go to this store. It's huge and you'll wander around in a state of awe for a little while before being able to focus - but it's worth it. They have a great selection of discount designer shoes, and these discounts are HUGE. They have pretty much every type of shoe imaginable, and you'll have a lot of fun going through the aisles and trying things on.
This is the best luxury hotel on the Las Vegas strip. Not to mention the fact that this hotel houses the best non-naked Vegas show - the great and fantastical 'O' courtesy of Cirque du Soliel. Don't let the name fool you, it really is a family acrobatic show that takes place partially underwater. The casino is one of the best and biggest, and their club Light is really worth the wait - which unfortunately, you will have to do. The rooms are beyond luxurious, but even if you don't stay here I would go to the casino or to one of their amazing Italian restaurants.
I think the only reason people flock to this hotel is because of the greatness that is MTV advertising - putting something on the Real World. The casino is extremely sub par, and the infamous club Rain really ain't all that. A few dancing gogo girls hanging from the celiing is pretty much the only addition keeping the club from being one big empty space. I would go somewhere else.
Their brown sugar body scrub smells so delicious you will actually want to eat it. Their products smell delectable, and their packaging is simple and classy. My personal favorite is the bath Sugar Cubes which, big surprise, look like a cute little bottle of sugar cubes. You can also mix your own perfumes here, which is fun and allows you to find your own original scent. The store also has a prime location on Newberry Street in the great city of Boston.
