O'donnell, Joseph M, Dds - O'donnell Dental Care
I have been going to Dr. O'donnell for about 20 years. He operates a family owned dental care facility. His wife his a nurse and also acts as the secretary. His kids are college age but also come in during the summer months to help out.
I love the family atmosphere of this place. They never forget a face. I think the care is excellent. You will usually find Dr. O'donnell singing some kind of Elvis song. He is always singing.
Advocate South Suburban Hospital
I have been to this hospital a many of times for when my mother has gotten sick. I think this hospital has great care. The nurses make an effort to make the patients comfortable. I think the emergency room staff are fast, once they are able to get to you. It is usually busy and backed up, but when they do assist you, it is quick. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is very sick.
South Suburban Missionary Baptist Church
My mother has been a member of this church for many years. I have visited a few times myself. The church has a new pastor that I am not pleased with. He is always late or never comes to meeting. He does not make an effort to visit the sick and shut in who are members of his church. Sometimes he will not come to church and his wife ends up preaching. I would not recommend this church if you are looking for a good fellowship community.
Hossen, Keivan, Md - Metro South Medical Ctr
St. Francis is one of the leading hospitals for heart care. Because of this, they were rewarded a great deal of money and was able to build a new part to the hospital. I have heard of some bad things about this hospital. However, my mama has been there several times and I think the care is adequate.
Markham Animal Clinic
This is a small animal clinic with about 3 vets. If your animal has a problem, the doctors ask many questions to make sure they have a clear understand and help rectify the situation. My cat had bowel movement problems and the vet was able to clear it up within minutes. He also prescribed medicine that has helped my cat ever since. The prices are reasonable at this location.
Midlothian Animal Clinic
Midlothian Animal Clinic is available to help aid in the care of your animal. I have taken my cats there several times, however I thought the prices were a little high. Also, when my cat had bowel movement problems, I did not think the vet gave me detail information on how to correct the problem. So I decided to try another animal hospital.
Kenwood Wine & Liquors
Kenwood Liquor is well stacked with many brands of beer and liquor. They also have kegs available if you plan on throwing a big party. The prices are usually lower than the supermarket prices. I have seen many folks walk out with carts of beer. The parking lot is also full during the weekend.
Waddell & Reed Incorporated
I have been with Waddell and Reed for 7 years. The financial advisors are concerned about where you put your money. My advisor has given me very helpful tips on how to make my portofolio grow. Waddell and Reed specializes in stock and market fund investments. I would recommend them if you need guidance on saving your money for retirement or college tuition payment for your children.
Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby is a huge store where you can buy all kinds of items for your craft ideas. Whether it's scrapbooking, sewing, painting or florals, Hobby Lobby must surely has it. I enjoy Hobby Lobby better than I do Michaels, which is the other craft store in town. Hobby Lobby has better prices.
Marthas Crib
Martha's Crib has been around for over 10 years. I remember when she first opened up her store in Lincoln Mall. The store specializes in collectible items, such as Aunt Jemima cookie jars, old posters or "Black Only" signs. The owner also creates her own items and you will see many sorority figurines or magnets. Martha's Crib is a little pricey.
