Last winter my house was infested with ants. I called Terminix. They came the next day, and two days later, the ants were gone. They do residential and comercial, treating roahes, termites, fleas, mice, ants, and any other pest problem. The price was kind of high, but the result was great. After that time i have not see any ants in my house.
San Francisco Msm-Mordern Art
The san Francisco Museum of Modern Art has a great exhibition that represent the different styles of modern art. My favorite piece was a painting called "The Woman with a Hat" painted by Henri Matisse. In the SF moma you can see paint made by Diego Rivera, Frida Kalo, Picasso, and many more. The museum is in the center of San Francisco, just a few blocks from market.
Oakland Zoo
I love animals and the best way to see wild animals in the bay area is the Oakland zoo. They have a good variety of animals and it is obvious that they give good care to the animals. They have create an habitat for animals such as: lions, tigers, bears, zebras, and many more.
If you are looking for a palce were to take your kids this weekend, the Oakland zoo is the place to go, your kids will enjoy it.
Bay Star Roofing Ing
When i bought my house, the roof was honestly falling. I did not know how expensive a new roof could be, so i call many contractors to ask for quotes and also to ask how long would it take to install the new roof. I called at least 14 different contractor and Bay Star Roofing Ing. gave me the lowest price. They send workers the next mondays and the job was done in two weeks. Honestly i am happy with the jo they did.
Elizondo Toledo Real Property
I used to rent an apartment manage by Elizondo Toledo Real Property. All the apartments were recently remodel. My apartment had an icredible kitchen with tile and wood cabinets. They gave good maintanece to the building and any problems with my apartment (pluming, gardening, gas, electric, etc..) was solve with-in days. If you are looking for great apartments in the east bay area, i strongly recomend Elizondo Toledo Real Property.

Title 9 Sport Retail Store has a great inventory. You can customize uniforms for any sport, and if you need something that they do not have in the store, they will order it for you. They have a great selection of sneakers, soccer shoes, football shoes, basketball shoes, baseball shoes, etc....
The best thing about it are the low prices.
P.S. they have all the major brands.
Al Lasher's Electronics
Last winter i help my younger brother to build his own computer, nothing fancy, it was part of his assigment in his electronic class in high school. I did not know where to buy the electrnics that were need it. My brother told me that Al Lashers Electronic in University ave. was the place that his friend found all the electronics. We went, and the place was incredble, they all you need to build your own computer and much more. Prices are low and the worker are very knowledgeable.
Young's One Hour Dry Cleaner
This is the place were i take my cloths for dry cleaning. They have the cloths clean in one hour, they are open seven days a week. The prices are a little bit high, but the service is great. I do not have a complain. The only thing is that is much better to go in the mornings, because in the afternoon the place is very buisy. They have a very convinient location on Grand ave.
Oakland Furniture Gallery
The good thing about this place is the prices. Most of the furniture are on discount. What i didn't like were the style. Most of the furniture look like early 90s style. Do not expect moderm styles or any crome. They deliver the same day and are open seven days.
Metro by T-Mobile
I got my metro pcs phone one year ago. there are some good things about metro: No contract, no over-minutes charges, and all that... The bad about metro is: When you travel out of the bay area, the signal goes death. It is hard to make a phone call when you are traveling, there are times in which is important to make a phone call when you are traveling nd with metro you just can't count.
