The rooms at the Best Western were very large and comfortable. The cleaning service was great expect they forgot to clean our room one day out of our week long stay. My only major complaint was that their was never enough food in their free continental breakfast room. We were always up fairly early and the food was still picked over. Their were also not enough tables and chairs to accomidate all of the guests. I know you weren't supposed to take food and drink out of the room but I had to once or twice because their was nowhere to sit.
Once you step into the Aquarium Restaurant, it's like you're in a whole new world. There's a huge tank in the middle with all kinds of fish, sharks, sting rays...etc. swimming around. It is fun to watch them while you are relaxing and enjoying your meal. The food was excellent (although rather expensive) and I would highly recommend the Cheesecake dessert!
I was shocked at how many different stores were in this mall! My husband and dad especially loved the Bass Pro Shop. I wish the malls at home had a great selection like that! Not only are their several stores to choose from, but many excellent restuarants as well, and also a movie theatre!
While on vacation we still found time to relax and watch a good movie at this theatre. We were surprised at how many movies they had going on at once. The one we were watching was not full at all.
We ended up purchasing the wrong tickets (we thought they were for an Imax show, but they were not) and we went to customer service and they were more than happy to refund us our money.
While on vacation in Nashville we ate at a lot of new and different restaurants, but the Rainforest Cafe had to be the NEATEST one yet! When you step in there it's like you're in a whole new part of the world. The decorations and scenery are unbelieveable! I wish our daughter was along to experience it because she would have loved it! Too bad their isn't any place like this around home.
The Wildhorse Saloon was an absolute wonderful hang out for us on our vacation. They have life entertainment, a large dance floor, and wonderful food! It also had an upstairs where you could watch what was going on down on the dance floor. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone taking a trip to Nashville.
We enjoyed going to Tootsies several times on our Nashville vacation. No, it's not the cleanest place, but their is so much history behind it that you can't help but be fascinated by it. The live performances are always a lot of fun to watch. You can not visit Nashville without taking a trip to Tootsies!
On our vacation to Nashville, TN we ate at all kinds of neat restuarants, but I would have to say that my best MEAL was at the Alabama Grill. The food was absolutely delicious! They also had someone singing up on stage so that was very entertaining. I loved looking at all the memoriabilia.
New Holland Family Restaurant is my favorite restaurant in the area to eat at. The food is absolutely delicious! They run specials everyday and there is always quite a few to choose from. They also have wonderful desserts - their strawberry pie is my favorite! My only complaint is that the restuarant can get mighty full at times, but I guess it's not their fault that their food is so delicious and everyone wants to eat there! : )
I have always been a pretty picky eater and afraid to try new food. Well EVERYONE in my family was raving about how much they love to go to Panda Garden. Finally I gave in and decided to give it a try. We bought the buffet so I could try anything I wanted and see how I liked it. Well I LOVED it! The food was aboslutely delicious and they have quite the variety to choose from. We have continued going back several times and it's always been a wonderful experience. The employees are very friendly and always on the ball with refilling drinks and seeing if there's anything else you need...etc. Now I'm not so afraid to try new things : )
