I love getting smoothies here. They are always delicious. They take a while to make, but they are always worth the wait as they are made with fresh fruit.
My favourite part of this restaurant is the deli, with its wonderful freshly baked pastries. They do the best chocolate eclairs. The food in the restaurant area is the usual fare, mixed with some Jewish dishes.
I am not a big Mexican food fan, but this place rocks. It is in a house that has been converted in a restaurant, so it is pretty dinky. The food is delicious. My kids are big fans as well, and they are pretty picky eaters.
PROS: wonderful food, inexpensive, friendly
This is my favourite Italian restaurant in San Diego, and it is so nice to know I am supporting a local, family run business. You will not leave this place feelimg empty! There is plenty of food served, in a friendly, bustling environment. My favourite dish is the spinach and ricotta lasagne. It is massive though, so I only ever manage to get through just over a quarter of it! It arrives baked in a dish with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on top. Heaven!
PROS: great food, friendly staff, inexpensive
my son really enjoyed his visits to this centre. His chiropractor was Dr Caserma, but there are other practioners there, including a cranial sacral specialist. This office do a lot for the community, and they offer classes on different wellness subjects, including cooking and parenting. Some are free, and some have a small fee.
The office itself has a wonderful, relaxing ambiance. It has a special area for children to play in, complete with several toys and books. The staff are friendly and informative.
I like Jitters, they serve a good cup of coffee. The actual cafe itself is a little lacking in atmosphere, hence the four star review, but they do delicious food and coffees. They have quite a large menu, and I highly recommend their sandwiches.
I really want to like this cafe. It has a great atmosphere; wooden floors, comfy chairs, great organic coffee and delicious pastries. I have been to the cafe a few times, and especially enjoy the live mic night on Tuesday nights; that I would highly recommend as they showcase local talent. My problem is with the staff- one staff member in particular, that has been so rude to me twice now that unfortunately I am unable to return.(and I am pretty easy going when it comes to customer service issues- I tend to be easily pleased in general!) It is a shame as it is local to me, and was becoming a favourite. I would have easily given it five stars if not for this experience.
PROS: atmospheric, great delicious coffee
CONS: the staff need better training on customer service
What I like about this office; the staff are pretty friendly, they are reliable and their office is neat and tidy.
What I don't like- as with the previous reviewer, I do not like that young children have to go back on there own. The parent is not aloowed in wtih them under any circumstance. Luckily they must have a good touch, because my 5 yr old who was terrified of his first visit really enjoyed the experience.
They also have a tendency to run late- I once waited for an hour for an appointment that I have arrived on time for. Overall, not a bad office.
I am from England, and have been trying to find fish n' chips like I got at home ever since I moved here. Well, I found them in this little cafe. They even have a drive-thru, so I can grab them and go!
I like to shop here, because the sales assistants are so knowledgable, and give great recommendations. I took a star off because every time I go there, I have to wait several minutes to be served. Sometimes this is because there are other people waiting ahead of me, but a couple of times people that entered the store after me get served, and that doesn't make me feel all that great!
