This is a new location for Scandals. The old one on Decatur closed. Unusual reception area but comfortable. Offer you free coffee. Nails are totally separate from hair styling. Some stylists have private rooms; mine does. Very nice staff. Prices reasonable. Ask for Sara!
PROS: Relaxing atmospher
I called for service on my 16 year old Maytag. The repair man said it was the belt, changed, and left, all in about ten minutes. He never testsed the machine.
That night I discovered it was still not working. It was more than the belt and I had to call them to come back. The second repair man came, checked a few things and advise me I lost the bearings and the washer could not be fixed. But, he advised me the store would give me total credit for the earlier service charge if I bought a new one at the store. I did buy a new washer and dryer, and was given full credit. And, the store manager guaranteed it was the best price in town and would refund the money if another store had the same cheaper.
PROS: No service charge if they repair
CONS: Make sure the repair person tests the unit fully before they leave
You have actually six choices of the chicken sandwiches, classic with crispy or grilled chicken, BLT with crispy or grilled chicken, and club with cripy or grilled chicken. Hubby had classic and I had BLT. He felt the classic was like a giant KFC Snacker. Worth the price if you have a 2/1 coupon
CONS: Expensive without coupon
Talked about a 2006 but was dark blue and ended up dealing with one out of Reno in Silver, only at the end to find out it was a 2005. Watch those salesmen and ask even the smallest questions. If I were not in a bind, I would have shucked the whole deal.
CONS: Not forthright
I will drive the extra distance and go to the Home Depot on West Flamingo next next. I found what I wanted but there was only ONE checkout open, three people in front of us and quickly twelve behind. My husband yelled "checker needed." Just as we got to the checkout, another checkout was opened.
PROS: Good choices
CONS: Slow Checkout
I needed a replacement external modem for my computer. This store did not have one, nor the other three close to my home. The employee at least recommended another business to find my needed item.
You never know if the items they have on sale will be in sufficient supply. The pharmacy staff are very nice but the other employees use words rather than take you to a desired item.
I use the pharmacy, which notifies you by email and/or phone when your prescription that you dropped off is ready. Staff are generally willing to help you find a needed item. Be prepared that they move things around periodically so they are not always in the same aisle.
Almost every room is private. There is a chair that becomes a bed if you want to spent the night with your loved one. There is no restriction of visiting and there are even "family meals" if you need one. There is a Quest Diagnosis Center there, too.
PROS: Fantastic medical care
CONS: West end of valley
Seems likes Smith's is just around every corner. This Smith's is large and has a good supply of items on the sales ads. I would not recommend using the shipping services because the convenience charge is very high; take the time to go to the Post Office.
