Lipsitz Lee DVM PhD
The Doctors and staff are great here if you do not mind the high prices. They are one of the largest most equipped offices in the area. I would reccomend them. They have muttiple drs and ussually almost have time to fit in appointments. They are special becuase they have the most high tech vet equipment in the area and have a large hospital. We no longer go here because we have moved otherwise I would still be going here. Reccomended.
Veterinary Emergency Svc
They are great for emergencies but have way to many Drs working for them. our dog was hit by a car and taken here. They cared for her quickly but of course we had an outrageuous bill. I would reccomend this vet for emergency services. It is the best in the area. Their are not many hospitals open 24 hours so this one is great for the purpose of late night emergencies. Becuase they are open 24 hrs you have to pay extra. This is a very large hospital.
Ansonia Westfield Veterinary
We only took our dog here once. The DR was very nice and the staff were equally friendly but the office is hard to find and the prices were very high. This office is located on a very small hard to find street and took us over 30 minutes to find. The exam rooms where small here also but it it one of the better in the area. The rooms were clean and smelled of bleach. I would reccomend getting very clear directions before veturing here.
Plumtrees Animal Hospital
The staff and DR's seemed to be nice at this office but we kept recieving reminders long after we contacted them to be removed from their list. The prices were very cheap for this area and the office was clean. The staff were pleasant and judging by their ads inside they seemed to do extra work placing unwanted animals in new homes. For the first puppy exam they even give you a free bandana and take a poloroid picture for your puppy record. I would reccomend.
Bethany Veterinary Hospital
This is a great office. One of the Dr's has been practicing for a long time. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The prices are resonable for the area,
Ross, Joseph, Dvm - Southbury Veterinary Hospital
This office has a great convient location but was overbooked and the staff were wondering around as if they had no clue what they should be doing. The female DR was nice but gave no answers to my pets problem. Lack diagnostic abilities.
Sherman Hill Animal Hospital
This is the best vet in this area. The office was clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. office visit prices were resonable for the area. The Dr.'s were great. The office is bright and open with comfortable seating. The office staff were very pleasant and made me feel very welcome. There was no wait time for my apt. and the Dr's both seemed very knowledgable and they also had a good amount of client handouts in their waiting room. I would highly reccomend
Ansonia Animal Clinic
This animal hospital smells very bad. I have been in many and this one is one of the worst. The DR is pleasant but the staff were rude and the prices were very high. I had tried to make an apt. at this hospital and was turned off after I was called back just from the caller ID not me leaving a message. We took our dog here once to look at her ear and the total came to over $300. Just for this one visit. I would not reccomend.
Once Upon A Child
This store is pretty high priced for used children's clothing. They also have a great selection of toys and books for infants and toddlers. Store is very tight.
Gymboree
They have the cutest clothing available. The quality is great and their clothes come in a variety of colors and sizes. Ther clothing is very addictive so be careful
