Wonderful teachers there. We attend summer programs here only and always have great experience. They have learned so much at this school than they had at the regular school for the entire school year.

Canada Tree Care

They removed 2 oak trees from our house (permitted). We asked them to grind the tree roots down. They did a very good job taking the tree down. However, they put mulch on top of the roots so we cannot see how deep they grind the tree stub till weeks later then realize the roots are still sticking out.

Parents & Childrens Preschool

This school looks small from the front but it's pretty big and neat space they have. There are 3 areas for outdoor play. One of them is for the bigger kids, the other one for 2 - 3 years old and another one they called "The Park". This school has been around for a long time. Our kid's ice skating teacher used to attend this preschool. They accept kids 2 years 9 mo through preK. I think their wait list is pretty long. They offer part time programs. If you need full time care, you do have the option to pay by hour.

Learning Tree Pre-School

A residential house converted into a preschool. It's in a decent area of Montrose. Small backyard area for the kids to run and play. Take kids 2 through Pre kindergarden.

Hogg's Hollow Pre-School

The teachers sounded really nice on the phone. Take kids 2 (potty trained) thru kindergarden. This school closes at 2pm. It will not work for parents who works full time.

Discoveryland Preschool

This is a church setting school. A very good lot space. A church located in the front, then preschool campus and then elementary school campus in the back. The teachers seem very friendly when i visited. There is no gates to the preschool. The main gate to the lot is always open. The preschool kids have a small playground in the back.

Fuji Japanese Restaurant

we've been there several time but only order for pick up. We always order through phone first so no waiting when i get there. It's pretty good sushi for the price we pay. Many kind of rolls for only $2.50/roll.

PROS: cheap
CONS: may not get the best services

Dr. Morrison and Dr. Fong moved to 51 N. 5th Ave., Ste 303, Arcadia, CA 91006.

Dr. Morrison and Dr. Fong are two different types of doctors but they both are very good. Dr. Morrison has many years of experience. He is more relaxed and funny type of doctor. Dr. Fong has a lot of patient to listen to you and answer your questions. Dr. Fong has two kids of her own, so she really takes time to talk to you about parenting and offer you tips. This is very helpful, especially if you are a new mom.

Boiling Pot

This is a japanese style sha-bu sha-bu. The place is very well decoraded. The price is average for this type of resturant.

La Nueva Posada Mexican Restaurant

It's a very authentic Mexican Restaurant. It's a little pricey than I expected but the food and service are very good.
