I'm not a huge fan of Foot Locker, I agree w/ the other reviewer about their customer service. I've stood around clearing my throat, giving them "the look" and then basically had to interrupt their giggling conversations with their friends just to get some help. And this was a manager!
I like their selections. I'm able to find shoes for myself and my kids in one stop and it's in a convienent location. Plus if you join their VIP club you get some really good special offers!
I've had a few different experiences at this store. Sometimes it's impossible to find help (especially during the middle of the week when they're slow, which is odd) and I leave the store very frustrated.
Other times someone is there to ask me if I need help and physically walk me to what I'm looking for as soon as I walk in the door.
I love Home Depot for their price and selection, but they really could work on their customer service.
My favorite day of the month is when my Bed, Bath & Beyond coupon shows up in the mail!
I love their selection & their employees are everywhere! Always willing to help!
The only bad thing I could say about this store is that it's a tad unorganized. I'm constantly having to manuever my cart around things blocking the aisles.
I dispise shopping at Lowe's. It's impossible to find what you need, and when you need help it's impossible to find someone willing to help!
Our last experience was in their doors dept. The salesperson was yelling at us and about 3 other customers how much he hated his job because they refuse to send anyone to help him in his department. It was actually a terrifying experience! We could not get out of there fast enough.
I really do enjoy shopping at PetSmart for my pets' supplies. My dog enjoys coming along and "meeting" other dogs. The prices are reasonably good and their products are top of the line.
The only thing I have to complain about is their customer service. Their staff is NOT knowledgable and turn the other way when they see a customer coming!
This is definetly my favorite Washington Mutual branch. The tellers are always smiling and helpful. They have 2 little video game stations to entertain the kids if you have a bit of banking business to tend to. Plus they are right inside Fred Meyer...so convienent!
While their prices can be high at first, keep looking, you will find great deals for sure! Their sale items also make it easier on the pocketbook!
The staff is friendly and very informative! They always offer to help me and they are always so sweet to my kids!
This mall is definetly geared towards a younger crowd.--Say late teens through early to mid 20's, with stores like Hollister, Aeropostale and American Eagle, just to name a few.
It's always crowded. Not with shoppers but with kids that have nothing better to do. I'm always being literally pushed down the hallways. This is not what I would describe as a pleasant shopping experience.
If I do go to the mall it's early first thing in the morning during the week. I go to the 3 stores that I do like, then quickly leave.
I'm in Bonney Lake one day a week and I save all my shopping just so I can do it here. There's never a crowd. They make sure they have enough registers open so you never have to wait in line.
Although it's been mentioned, I also have to add that their clearance items are the best. It's my favorite part of shopping at Target.
The employees are all friendly, and they can all help you find what you're looking for. I've never been met with a blank face when trying to find something.
