GAP is famous for its reasonable price apparels. The outlet provides full sets clothes, caps. You even can apply coupon in the store to make a better deal.
but it is very crowd in holiday, and u need to wait a long time before cashier
Holiday Inn Santa ANA-Orange Co. Arpt
the most impressive of Holiday Inn is its free shuttle. I haven't rent a car after I reach Irvine, so the only hope is free shuttle. Fortunately, they not only pick you up to workplace, but also ride you back to hotel.
Staybridge Suites Sunnyvale
the suites is very comfortable, you can make your favorite foods for yourself.
They provide free breakfast, light dinner and laundry. but of course, it's hard to find a washing machine in the evening
Walmart Supercenter
walmart has so many cheap stuffs, especially for clothes. but most of these clothes are out of date.
They also have electronics dept., but the camera, camcorder are more expensive than professional stores.
Bank of America
I got $25 referral bonus from there :) And of course, bank of america has most ATMs in CA. you can deposit/withdraw money very easy.
ps. Their teller is always very nice
Geek Squad
the most crappy electronics shop i know in my nearby area. They always charge overprice for the same product as other shops.
I don't know why it is always so crowdy
Sports Authority
I have been there few times but only buy a basketball needle. It only cost me 99cents+tax there :)
The stuff there is not cheap, but you can find anything you want. of course, if u can afford it

I live very near to this store. I always visit it becuase i have no car or ride:(
An unpleased experience:
I give the cashier man $20 and wait change, but the guy insisits he only get $10. So I left my address & phone to his manager, who told me they will notice me after they close. But as you expected, no phone, no mail.
And For your know, their price is not cheap
Fry's Electronics
their service is good. But if you want to get help from them about a manufacture rebate, that's a bit difficult. I have faxed copies of my rebate to them, the CSR was very nice, but no response after I submit it.
