I love this store. They don't have sales, per say. But they regularly mark down their apparel. I have gotten many items for $6.99 or less, a couple being .99 cents. And they have good quality items. I have many of their clothes from 4 years ago in good condition. Their styles are always tasteful, but fashionable. And I can easily build on these ensembles. You have to check this store out. I refer EVERYBODY!!!
Holiday Inn
We went here for my birthday. And it was great. The food portions for the children were very generous. And the walleye was perfect. The prices were right and the atmosphere was nice. We went on Monday night when kids eat free, so that was a big plus. This is a great place to go.
Chahinkapa Park
Who'd ever thought you could find a great zoo in Whapeton?! The prices were very reasonable - $2.50 for kids and $5.00 for adults. One of the first things you see is this HUGE siberian tiger. It is only 4 feet away from you. Talk about an experience!!! They had a variety of animals, including a petting zoo. It was really a great family time. And well worth the drive.
Schmitt Music
My girls are taking piano lessons. And they usually have what they need. Once in a while, they are out of something. But they are pretty good about ordering it right away. Their prices are reasonable.
Agassiz Food & Gas
There are a few Asian markets, but this is the only one with Korean food. The prices are little high, but considering we are so far away, it's bearable. Besides, it's the only place I can get authentic Korean food.
ATM
With fuel prices as they are, this place makes it easier. For every 8 gallons, I get a stamp. After so many stamps, I get $5.00 off my purchase. And their prices are usually one of the lowest in the area. Plus, I always get their deal $13 for 4 deluxe car washes. And when my kids are with me, they get a free bag of popcorn, free with every 8 gallons of gas. Nice place to go since you have to get fuel.
Hertz
We have had many times when we needed a rental car. The first time we rented from them, they brought the car to us. My husband was on a schedule, so he would not be able to get the car from there and make his appointment. So, they brought it here, completed the paperwork, and left. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. My husband was able to make his appointment in St. Paul. Any company that works like that is worth it. We've gone there numerous times since then, and they still keep their standard of excellence.
Northwest Auto Body Inc
After my car accident, I was instructed by my insurance to take my car here to be fixed. They did a super job in a timely fashion. They even vaccumed the car. The people were friendly. And when I had a question, they were very good about fixing the problem. I have recommended this place to many friends.
Hornbacher's
If I had to pick only one grocery store to go to, this particular branch of Hornbachers would take the cake. The people are so friendly. They always go out of the way to meet your needs. The place is clean and inviting. My kids really like the samples, which has convinced me to try new things. Their deals are awesome. I just love this store.
