This is a more modern Catholic Church then I have ever been to before. If you go here get ready for a real community experience. The architecture looks more like a classroom than anything and there is a lot more singing than at other places. I can?t read music, so it was tough to follow along. Overall it was nice, even though I?m not religious.
When my wife and I were looking for an apartment in Maryland we went to Coldwell Banker. Even though, finding us an apartment would not brings in a big commission, they vigilantly tried to set us up with the right one for us and we found it. The, when we were looking for a house we went back there and used Sandy Mack. She was very committed to finding us the best place and found it. She was thorough in dealing with problems and calmed us when we were worried. Ask for Sandy at this branch.
Good Shepherd Catholic Church has its good side and its bad side. The good side is that the staff are friendly and always willing to help out. When I lived in State College, my wife and I were getting married and they provided all the information and forms we needed to get a Catholic wedding. On the bad side, the main priest has a very difficult time speeding up his service. It?s kind of amusing to see the church members respond to his slow chants with their own very quick chants. I guess they were just trying to speed along the process.
Of the schools I went to when I was a kid, this was the worst. Some of the teachers showed a great deal of concern for helping the children learn and some you could tell just considered it a job. There was a very large discipline problem in the school too. It was as if the teachers were afraid to confront the misbehaving children. You?d think that high school would be worse, but the high school discipline and the discipline here was pretty poor.
This is the school that I attended when I was a young child and I was glad to hear recently that they have kept up the same tradition of caring and responsibility. Parents in my home town where my parents still live report that their children are very happy at the school. One recent problem, though that has developed is over-crowding. Luckily they now have that problem more or less solved, as they are opening a new elementary school.
We do all of our insuring from State Farm. Not only do they have very good prices, but at this office their support staff is kind and courteous. When we had a problem figuring out our policy, they were honest and straightforward about what our policy did and did not cover. They are very much recommended.
This is a very, very good eye doctor. Dr. Malkin is both friendly and informative. He?ll talk to you about the tests he?s doing and is very thorough in figuring out just want you need and just how well you see. If you live in this area, you should definitely consider seeing him.
I?m not a religious person, but if I were to join a church this would be up there on my list. The preacher that I saw here at a wedding was very respectful of everyone?s views. He made no judgments about others when he talked and seemed to be very down to earth. I enjoyed the ceremony and the perspective that he offered. You should go here if you?re tired of judgmental churches.
I went here when I was a kid and though I didn?t like going when I was a kid, I now understand what a good place it was. The hygienists are all very nice and they always asked me how things were going and remembered what had been going on with me on the last visit. Go here is you want a friendly town dentist.
This was my orthodontist when I was a kid and apparently he?s still around helping align kids? teeth. I had mixed feelings about my experience. Dr. Danielson was very concerned about correcting every little thing that was wrong with the alignment of my teeth, but at the same time, he was too much of a perfectionist. I had to carry on with my braces until the middle of my senior year in high school. That was definitely not fun.
