Found this highly-rate vendor throught this site, met personally and called 3 references provided. All references had great things to say about Lynn. We contacted in late July.

Following an initial meeting in early August, we received a very prompt proposal for the design phase - at a reasonable price. We immediately said OK, provided plans for our residential property and paid 50% down on the design phase.

From there, things slowed down considerably with much less responsiveness. One meeting was rescheduled at the last minute due to a higher-priority client, another meeting was late Sept. to show us an original, quickly rendered plan view, then no followup as agreed regarding budgets, images of suggested materials.

Finally after waiting for 4 weeks - and no word - we terminated the contract. Almost 3 months have been wasted with Lynn and Todd. Not word of followup to find out why we were unhappy!

Maybe they are great (as others on this site say) if you have a large project and are willing to wait for months.
