I came in here to fix my girlfriend's Movado watch due to a pin becoming loose. They were able to order the pin and set it inside the watch for $20 dollars. Shortly after I bought a Movado watch and I brought it here to get the band adjusted because it was uncomfortably tight. They were able to lengthen the band and only charged me $10. I really recommend coming here. They are a great deal. They also carry very expensive watches such as Gucci, Coach, Rolex, Citizen, as well as Movado.
I've only been to the driving range at night. But this place isn't too bad for the price. It's about four dollars for a large bucket of balls and it's around nine dollars to golf on a nine-hole course. The place is very brightly lit at night time and has two levels. There is also a practice putting green nearby which is fairly large.
This place serves a large part of the greater los angeles area, from Beverly Hills/West Hollywood all the way down to Rancho Palos Verdes. If a stray is found in any of these areas, this is where it will most likely end up. There are three long buildings that house the dogs for viewing. There is a seperate building out back that houses the cats as well as another one that holds rabbits and etc. Just be sure to hold your nose because it stinks in there.
PROS: large choices of pets
CONS: smells really bad in the dog buildings
I've gotten great help from the employees here about which running shoe to get. I was first a weekend runner but after coming here and gaining knowledge from the people here I've become an avid runner. They also have listings of races and runs in the area as well as hosting a few of them. Namely the annual 5/10K superbowl run in Redondo Beach. The atmosphere is great and the people are very friendly. I recommend this place whether you are a die hard runner or a weekend warrior.
I used to frequent this place often while I was in school. I never went to a chiropractor before this one. Let's just say I wish I lived closer to this place now because I want to go back! The inside was very modern and clean, and the prices are very cheap. Probably because it's basically inside the campus of the university there. They made my neck and back make all of these cracking sounds but it didn't hurt at all. In fact I left there feeling so good!! I was walking taller too.
The parking spot is the only place I'll park from now on. I used to park in the economy lots off Aviation, but once I discovered this place I decided to try them out since it wasn't that much more expensive. With my corporate discount, it came out to about a dollar more than the economy lots. What I really enjoy is how fast they get you to the airport, no waiting fifteen minutes till the next shuttle arrives. They are focused on getting you out of there as soon as humanly possible. Plus they offer complimentary water bottles which is also a bonus. The buses they use are also very clean and quiet, which is what I wish I could say about the LAX shuttles.
I enjoy this car wash due to the "express" wash they offer. It is only $5 on the weekdays. Also, my company has a discount through them so I get $5 off any other car wash they offer. Usually it's over $10, but it is a great deal. If you work for a large corporation in the area, it couldn't hurt to find out if Red Carpet accepts the discount. You can't beat the express wash though, it's literally in and out. Very fast service, and very friendly.
This car wash has always been very professional and always does a great job whenever I bring my car in. But make sure you're not in a rush to be somewhere because they take their time making sure your car is clean and dry. I purchased the cheapest wash that includes the tire dressing, and the whole carwash start to finish took about 15-20 minutes. Most of the time was spent drying the car, but it really paid off because I did not have any water run trickle down from any crevicies when I left. They especially made the interior look like it was brand new. I am always happy with my experience here.
I really have to give this hospital credit for the amount of care and attention they gave to my girlfriend when she became ill with appendicitis. She was admitted into the emergency room around 10am. Our first nurse was very nice and was very attentive to her needs. Then her shift ended and the replacement nurse seemed to ignore us so we waited and waited and waited. Once another nurse realized that we were still waiting, they admitted her into a room upstairs for observation. This was at 10 o'clock in the evening. Other than that bad experience with the one nurse, everything else was great. The staff was excellent and very courteous.
This is a good place to do your laundry because I feel the facilities are clean and the machines are fairly new. But most importantly, I feel safe here. I've been coming here for the past one and a half years and it's been great so far. They have a dry cleaners inside as well but I've never used them. Another great perk about the location is that it's next to two restaurants. We usually grab a bite to eat while we're waiting for our clothes to dry.
