Holly Nail is located close to my house. I had a nail emergency and needed somewhere close. They were very friendly and I did not have to wait a long time. They had a variety in nail polishes which did not begin chipping until about 2 weeks.
Overall it was a great experience. Parking is easy and the women were very friendly. Also the prices are very reasonable for the quality of polish.
Lisa is very friendly and always has a line of people waiting for her. So its very important to make an appointment else you will have to wait a ling time to be sen.
She is really good at her work. She will give you a great manicure with a nice little hand massage.
The parking is hard though, you either have to find a metered parking spot and make sure to feed it or park a few blocks away. Overall, nails by Lisa is a giid experience.
This is one of the best kept secrets in the city. The neighborhood is not that great, but this nail salon is very clean and trendy. The ladies inside are very friendly. They offer all the services of an upscale salon with half the proces.
They have many colors to choose from. And the ladies never rush you either. They even sometimes offer their opinion, which I really like when I cannot decide. And the nail polish lasts a long time, sometimes even up to 2 weeks. Its a great value.
Reps from Club Sansome came to my work and tried to promote their health facilities. They gave each member a free 3 day pass. It was a great idea because I got the chance to visit the health club first without committing to a pricy membership.
I have to admit that their facilities are new and state of the art. All the equipment is new and you even have the choice of a personal trainer that is included in the membership. The hours are great as well, they open early and close late.
Overall, its a great idea, but the membership rate is steep.
I am an alumni of the Universit of San Francisco, and this is one of the best private gyms in the city. They give a huge discount to ex-students as well as people that live in the area. They offer long hours which is great. They have a huge room with multiple types of machines. I also love the weight room because there is room for a large amount of people.
The olympic size pool is also great, with a lifeguard on board. It is a great place to visit: they do have a one day visitor pass. It is well worth it.
I used to be part of the Delta Dental Insurance plan until my work changed providers. I never really had a problem with this insurance company. I went to the dentist for regular check ups, cleanings, and occasional cavities, and everything was covered. I didn't ever have a hard time getting Delta Dental to pay for anything.
Overall, my experience was average, nothing spectacular, but not bad either, that is for an insurance company.
My father has been a member with New York Life Insurance for many years now. I really do not like the company and convinced him to change. The premiums are always rising, yet you really don't get better savings. And our agent seems really shady. Sunil never gives you a straight answer and always tries to beat around the bush.
If you are going to invest that much money in something, you really need to be comfortable with the company and its representatives.
I have been with State Farm Insurance for about ten years now. My car insurance plan is pretty thorough. State Farm Insurance Company offers different types of discounts to help its customers save money. I receive a discount because I have another driver with me as well as a good student driver.
My car was hit about a month ago (hit and run while parked) and they were pretty good about sending a claims adjustor and appraising my car. Their apprasial was pretty fair. Everything worked out. I guess they are okay for an insurance company. Angela handles all of my claims and she is pretty prompt. Not the friendlist person in the world, but she gets the job done.
We took my grandfather to St Lukes Hospital, and I have to say, it was one of the hospital experiences I have ever been through. First of all, the hospital was very dirty, both the waiting areas as well as the patient's room. The nurses were very rude and unresponsive. They never helped with anything and often times were downright disrespectful. And the doctor's were not much better. They were hard to contact, and once you did catch them, they did not want to discuss anything.
Overall, it was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never return: poor care, dirty, and downright rude and uncaring. Not the things I want in a hospital setting.
I hurt my ankle and I decided to visit the Sports Medicine Clinic in St Francis Memorial Hospital. I was very impressed with the podiatrist there as well the physical therapist. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to figure out the best treatment method.
The receptionist was vey friendly as well. She called me back to see how I was doing the next day.
Parking is very difficult, but then again, where near a San Francisco hospital is parking easy.
