He is quite personable, and spends a lot of time with you. He is also very caring, and cares about his patients.

Recently, we made two ER visits in a 5 day period for two different members of our family. We saw Dr. Richard Passey both times. He is very personable and is a wonderful ER physician. He is quite knowledgeable and friendly. He did his best to keep us comfortable and informed. He spoke to us in a very friendly and down to earth manner.

Ye Olde Head Shoppe

Ye Olde Head Shoppe has been my salon of choice for years. I see stylist Lisa Douglas, and she does a great job. She has done my hair for special occasions as well as regular haircuts and highlights, and she always does a great job. She regularly attends conferences to learn the newest styles, trends, and techniques. She is very personable, and does well with children and adults.

Haircuts are also very reasonably priced there as well as other services such as colors, eyebrow waxing, etc.

If you're looking for a new hair stylist, give her a call!

I am quite impressed with Dr. Fitts. He knows all of the latest technologies and information related to pediatric GI issues. He is very down to earth, and helpful to parents.

I have paged him after hours, and he promptly calls back. He is always friendly when calling, and does not seem bothered in the least. He also returns his own calls if you have a question about your child. Very impressive for a specialist!

Service Experts of Indianapolis

Service Experts installed a new furnace and central air conditioning system in our house in 1999. We also have them come out once a year to perform routine maintenance/cleaning on our equipment.

The office staff is always friendly, and schedules appointments at your convenience. The technichians are always polite, and make sure to wear protective gear over their shoes as to not track anything into your home. They are always knowledgeable about the type of equipment that we have, and do a great job with our maintenance.

Geist Family Dentistry

I saw Dr. Tambunan for a routine cleaning, and he found a cavity that needed filled. I returned a week or two later for the filling, and was quite displeased. A student dentist placed my filling without the dentist in the room. (Without anyone asking me if I minded a student performing the procedure.) Apparently, he did not do it correctly, and Dr. Tambunan had to redo it.

About two months later, the filling fell out and needed to be replaced.

I found their fees to be way above the reasonable and customary charges that my insurance allowed, and I paid a lot out of pocket for less than wonderful service.

Our family became patients of Dr. Knotek about two years ago. We have been very happy with all of our experiences there. The office offers state of the art equipment, friendly staff, and flexibility in scheduling.

Dr. Knotek is quite friendly, and has made sure that we had pain free dental appointments.

I recently switched my children to Hancock Pediatrics. Making the transition was very simple. The staff was very professional and friendly on the phone, and quickly got my sick child in even as a new patient.

When we arrived for our first appointment, we were greeted warmly, the front office quickly copied our insurance card and collected our copay, and within minutes we were in an exam room.

The medical assistant was very personable, and seemed quite comfortable with her job. Dr. Halter is our new pediatrician, and he was excellent. I was very impressed by the fact that he had already reviewed our records before the appointment, and knew immediately what was going on. He was quite friendly and down to earth. He thoroughly examined my little one, and addressed all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed at all, and was most happy with the visit.

I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Geist Family Medicine and Pediatrics

Would not recommend this practice as they seem to be too busy to care for their existing patients. On Christmas day we took our four month old to the ER, and he was diagnosed with bronchiolitis. The ER physician stated that we needed to follow up with our regular doctor in 2-3 days. I called first thing Tuesday morning, and was told that the first available appointment for a follow up was over a week away.

Any office that cannot squeeze in a sick baby is too busy to care for your routine needs.

Needless to say, we found a new pediatrician.
