Beware of Sleep Number beds in general! We had one replaced because this store had knowingly sold us the wrong type, but today, when we were disassembling it to move it to another room, we discovered it WAS TOTALLY MOLDY!!! Needless to say, this will NOT be used again, nor will we EVER buy one again; it's going right to the dump.
Yes, there's a reason they inundate you with those television commercials --- they're trying to con you into thinking it's a good product. IT'S NOT!!!
Dr. Merrill is definitely a good, Christian guy, but it's unfortunate that he is in one of the worst-run practices I've ever encountered. The office staff is generally inefficient, get prescription details wrong and their phone practices leave much to be desired. Out of a three-person family, two of us have voluntarily left the practice and, for that reason, they outrightly refused to even SEE the third member of the family. Definitely NOT going to miss them, practice-wise!
This is not a physician, it's a training entity that is part of Gold's Gym and which establishes its own, very oppressive, financial contract for its services.
Please read ALL the small print before you sign, and make sure there are NO blank spaces BEFORE you sign it.
Boy am I glad I read the full text of the agreement a family member signed! Thankfully, South Carolina has a three-day "cooling off period" in their laws where you can cancel --- even though they make you jump through several hoops to do it. We cancelled within 24 hours.
My main warning to consumers is READ THE AGREEMENT and make sure there are no blanks that they can fill-in AFTER you've signed it.
Their food is great, but their service is extremely SLOWWWW and their stuff is overpriced. For example, a small Greek salad was nearly $7.00 and was about half the size of a similarly-priced one at a real Greek restaurant. I've also had to wait nearly a half-hour just for a sandwich, even when they're not crowded!
PROS: Great Food
CONS: Lousy Service, Overpriced
My son's laptop fan finally bit the dust after almost 4 years at Clemson and he needed it fixed...FAST! Unfortunately the part had to be ordered, so they cleaned it up and were going to let him use it until the part came in. Unfortunately, this model of IBM ThinkPad had some high-handed "if you open this case we're going to know" code that rendered it unusable until it was reset, which was going to take a few days. These great folks gave my son a loaner laptop and, when he got his back, he said they did a great job --- And I REALLY appreicate it!
PROS: Very customer-oriented and eager to do a good job
