This Fresh Choice is a favorite of ours for a fast, healthy, fresh meal. The kids love the choices. It is very clean, and reasonably priced. Don't forget to mention your AAA membership for a discount.

Florentines offers good homemade Italian food. Their bread is excellent. No need to wait around like at some chain Italian places.They have seasonal dishes that are always tasty.

Daniel really listens to what you are looking for, and then gives good expert advise on how to make your ideas even better. The salon is nicely decorated and close to lots of great shopping.

Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose
The Children's discovery museum is a nice way to spend time with your children. They have all sorts of exhibits, including changing ones, that really engage the kids.
It is easy to reach from the light rail.

Copia The American Center for Wine Food and The Arts
I take my out-of-town guests to Copia as part of our Napa wine tour. They have good exhibits, an excellent cafe, interesting lectures and nice facilities. It really shows how wine and food go hand in hand.

Robert Mondavi Winery
When ever I have an out-of-town guest, I sign us up for a class at Robert Mondavi Winery. The classes are superb and give you a great insight into wine. The winerey is gorgous, and really dedicated to teaching people about wines.

Monterey Bay Aquarium
We love the aquarium so much that I've bought a 4 year family pass. The aquarium is really top notch. I bring all of our out-of-town guests here, and my kids always enjoy spending a morning here.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo
My young kids and I always have a good time when we go to Happy Hollow. We have bought a season pass so we can enjoy the zoo and rides. The fun low tech rides spark the kids' imagination. The zoo's animals are well taken care of, and a hit with the kids.

Friendly Pines Camp
Friendly Pines knows how to do summer camp! They have great activities that will engage a wide range of kids' interests. They have a lots of tried and true traditions that keep the kids wanting to go back each year. The staff is well trained, and the kids really look up to them. They offer healthy foods (no junk food allowed). The facilities are well maintained and the camp is set in the cool pines of Prescott.

Pump It Up
My kids had a blast here. They loved bouncing and sliding. I liked how clean it was and how the party had the rooms to themselves. I also liked the great amount of enegry the kids got to burn!
