This is called the "non Marina Marina Bar". I go here for my after Volleyball beer. They do not serve food but they have a Mexican place next door. Nice crowd with some good eye candy (it is the Marina)

Shalimar Restaurant

I like this place (Chana Masala for around $5) but I wish they accepted credit cards. I do not like carrying cash and they have one of those ATM machines that charge $4.
If your in the neighborhood and have cash this is a good spot.

Pho 99

I like this place but they do not serve my favorite dish which is that rice paper where you dip it in hot water. Makes me think I am putting together some project.

O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am not so good with fixing my car or finding the right stuff but they are always willing to help me locate the right item. As my car is getting older I think I may be visiting them more.
Good staff.

24 Hour Fitness

I go to this 24 Hour Fitness as it is close to my house but it is obviously older.
The locker rooms are cramped.
They do have a nice sauna and steam room.

CONS: Dirty, Older equipment

Koi Palace Restaurant

You will need to wait in queue but the dim sum is solid. It is in walking distance of the marcuscomplex which is a big plus. They expanded recently so seating is a big easier.
