Prestige Portraits

Our whole entire family went to get a family portrait at Prestige Portraits and we had high expectations as someone had suggested we go see them. They lady that took our photograph, however, was very irritable and impatient, getting frustrated and sighing left and right while we tried to situate ourselves into rows for the picture to be taken. It took them a total of two months to finally get us our pictures, after several return trips to settle issues we had with size, background, etc. It was frustrating because the whole reason we did this was to have a keepsake of our family and for a while there I didnt think we'd ever see it. Finally they came through, however I cant really say this place was super fantastic or overwhelmingly impressive. They just did a so-so job.

Engenius

When my father's computer crashed it was very frustrating as everyone can relate to how upsetting it is when you cannot access all your important files. My father is an engineer and usually can fix anything and everything with no trouble, however this time around he was totally stumped and thought for sure he'd lost the hard drive and would have to get a new computer. However, as one last attempt to fix it he took it to En Genius and they fixed it, no problem at all. In fact, the guy had said he'd never seen anything like what had happened to my father's hard drive, but none the less they figured it out and my dad saved hundreds of dollars not needing to purchase a new desktop and moreso, he recovered all his priceless photos, files, programs and games he had stored on there. I thought they were very impressive and would recommend to anyone in bind with computer equipment.

Livonia Italian Bakery

We bought my sisters graduation cake from here and were so impressed with the taste/quality/affordability of this bakery that we have since been loyal customers. They have all kinds of scrumptious goodies to choose from, or you can specially order a cake, pie, cookies, etc for a special occasion. Its kind of a drive for us to go here since were not right in the area but it is so worth the trip, every single time!

Hands On Health Llc

I love this clinic, all the employees here are so sweet and caring. I go here for massage therapy and Christina, the manager/owner is incredibly accomodating and great to be around. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs chiropractic or massage needs as they do a superb job. The office is clean and simple, I have no complaints at all about them!

Superior Limousine & Motorcoach Incorporated

I was shopping for a limo service and ended up with Superior because of their fair prices and how eager they are to accomodate you and what you need. They require quite a bit of advanced booking but its because they want to be sure you get the hours in you pay for. The driver we had was excellent, he wasnt intrusive to our party at all but managed to be quite entertaining when needed. He also was very curtious and professional which is more than I can say about other services in this area. I was happy with them and I'm sure you will be too!

Kil's Tae Kwon Do

My friend & I went to Kils to check out possibly taking a class and the attitude we were given was awful. I asked several questions about costs and availability and the coordinator seemed really annoyed with our inquiries, which I thought was odd because I would think they'd WANT business. They seem to have reasonable prices but I was afraid the intructors attitude would reflect on what the coordinators was so I passed on this one, I wouldnt suggest even bothering unless you have a lot of patience for people who are less than accomodating.

Summit On The Park

I went to a reception here last weekend and was AMAZED at how well they catered to all the brides' needs and requests. All the staff were so professional and sweet, the place itself was incredibly large in comparison to others in the same price range. They have lots of options because the walls and stages can be rearranged to your preference which I think is fantastic. The food was spectacular too, they had the traditional steak/chicken to choose from but I had the chicken marsala which was divine and I heard the beef was to die for as well. Definitely a recommended place!

Scrapbook Retail Services

I strolled in here one day while shopping with friends and thought it was such a cute store. All the little odds and ends to put in a scrapbook and ALL kinds of ideas on what to use and how to use them. They have quite the selection too, lots of die-cuts, paper, markers, stickers, different types of glue and mounting substances, everything you could ever possibly need. The lady at the counter also said they have classes on saturday mornings for beginners to get started, you pay a flat fee and they teach you little tricks and supply you with some basic essentials to get you started. Very cool!

Evola Music Ctr Inc

My sister and I both took piano lessons here and the teachers were all very educated and did a great job showing us the easiest possible method to understanding music and reading it. I was actually pretty surprised at how easy it was once we went there, because we took lessons privately through someone else for a while but it was terrible and we both hated it. They also sell all kinds of necessities for instruments like Reeds, strings, picks, cleaning supplies for instruments, and you can rent from them too if youre in band or just looking to expand your knowledge. Very cool place.

Sofia's Tailoring & Alteration

I was so disappointed with this tailor when I took a purse there to have a zipper sewn into it. I know zippers are mildly difficult as I couldnt do it myself, hence my taking it in. They took TWO WEEKS to do a simple sew job, and then she did it completely CROOKED! I was horrified when I got home and noticed that the purse didnt even close right because the zipper was so half-heartedly "installed". I took it back to have it redone and I thought she'd try to make it up to me by getting it done immediately, but nope. Another two weeks of waiting (although it didnt cost to have fixed, but rightly so!) They are nice enough, but I was so incredibly unhappy after all that I just cannot recommend them to anyone.
