My husband and I went here to look for a new vehicle. We were dressed casual in jeans and T-shirts and realized that no one really wanted to help us. We notices several customers come in with suits and they got immediate attention. We had to track a salesman down and his attitude cost him a sale. Don't waste your time here unless you are dressed nice.
Meineke Car Care Center
I took my Chevy Tahoe here for brake repair. The name Meineke is a trusted name in brakes and I wanted to make sure I get the quality that I pay for. After they fixed my brake problem, I picked my vehicle up and was charged quite a bit of money for the repairs. I started driving home to Ofallon and my brakes caught on fire. I pulled over on the highway and they told me to turn around and come back to St. Charles and they would look at them tomorrow. I could not go anywhere, because the smoke was everywhere and I was blocking traffic. They did not fix it and I took it to the Meineke in Ofallon to get it fixed. I will never use Meineke in St Charles again.
Show Me Tan
Show Me Tan is a small tanning complex, that has a variety of beds. I have never had a problem in getting a tanning appointment and the stand up be is great. The prices are reasonable, but they are higher than Beauty World. They do have toiletries in the restroom, so you can freshen up when you are done, but you might want to bring your own.
Spencer Creek Animal Hospital
Went went on vacation and needed a place to board our cat. Spencer Creek Animal Hospital was recommended to us by a friend and I am grateful to found such a place. There are a lot of places in the area that will board your pet, but you often wander if they are getting loved and fed while you are away. After talking with the staff, I was convinced that this was a great place to leave my pet and I did not worry about her while I was away. Great Location and Great Care for your animals. My pet did not want to leave.

We used this realty company when we were trying to sell our home. The Realtors are knowledgeable and very helpful on what to sell your home for and what would save you money in future home purchases. Their price cannot be beat! The service they give you is hard to beat too!
Beckerdite, Matthew A, Md - O'fallon Family Medicine
It is very hard to find a good physician. I went to Ofallon Family Medicine and saw one of the physicians there. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. My only concern was that my husband and I both saw the same doctor and we had entirely different symptoms, but both received the same diagnosis. Our symptoms continued for many months and forced us to go somewhere else. Beware!
Valvoline Instant Oil Change
The customer service at this Valvoline is great, but you will never get just a $19.99 oil change and any of their locations. There are lots of hidden charges and you need to make sure they understand you only want an oil change. The mechanics do not pressure you as bad as other places, but the thought of a $19.99 oil change is great, if you only had to pay that amount. The facility is dirty more than other locations, but overall it is okay.
Jiffy Lube
I have used quick services oil change locations before, but never felt as pressured to purchase additional services until I went to this location. The mechanic was very adamant about selling me these additional services and did not understand the words "no thank-you"! I will not ever go back here.
The Wharf Pharmacy
Recently my father got out of the hospital and need a machine for breathing treatments. This pharmacy was the only pharmacy within 30 miles that had it. He was a new patient and they handled everything with care and quality. The have a drive thru and are conveniently located at the Lake St. Louis exit.
Fashion Bug
Fashion Bug in OFallon is absolutely awful. The store is very disorganized and there is never enough staff to help you find something. Some of the items that I looked at had holes in them or had loose thread hanging on them. I have never been to a Fashion Bug that was this bad.
