I will say, for shots and other minor procedures they are good and low priced BUT for serious issues I would think twice.
A) I found a kitten, took him in to get a check up. He was fine but I kept telling them I thought he is blind and he argued he isn't THOUGH he runs into things and I have since had 2 other vets agree he is indeed blind.
B) Deciding to give them a second chance, I brought in my other cat who was having some Liver problem. The doctor never once looked at me or really asked me any questions. They rushed her to the back saying they needed to keep her for tests. I should have said NO BUT thought I would wait to get test results then take her elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough she dies in the night and I have a gut feeling there was something odd about it but have no proof. I just know I have had very sick pets before, worse than she, and have had lots of procedures done, etc and sometimes they make it, other times they dont. TO TOP IT OFF...I call to say I am having her cremated and the people will pick her up. We go on our date to have "the service" and when we go to view her and say good bye she is bent into the oddest and most disgusting shape I have ever seen. You would think when you call to say you want your cat back they would lay her to rest in a position that is more acceptable. The cremation place said that she was in this position becasue the vet often keeps them in a sack so this was the look of her dropped dead into a sack...
It is just disrespectful...
In the meantime, I was billed one hundred dollars - not for what though as they have yet to send me an itemized receipt
Anyway, if you have a serious issue I would reccomend any place but this one.
PROS: not enough
CONS: too many
