Worst place Castle dental in Katy the one near by the famous or payless shoe. Horrible experience. I don't' like to write bad about anyone unless its true. This is 100% genuine. I had my crown, bridge and fillings done in this place. When you go to a dentist over again and again is a bad sign and it reflect the dentist practice. They spoiled my teeth so I will come back again and again. They spoiled my good teeth to put a bridge that I got manipulated by them, within 3 months I had to run to emergency to take out a root of one of the teeth they worked on to put the bridge and crown. They always come in my nightmare. There was a Spanish assistant who was watching tv while holding the infrared light on my tounge and I had to ask her to pay attention to the patient . I also seen her asking the dentist with her facial expression, to spoil the next tooth so I come back. After that I am very careful with the dental people. So many of them are out there practicing unethically. They all go to hell and I am sure God is Great he will punish them for purposefully hurting the clients who pays their bill. If the nurse manipulate the dentist they better fire them instead of getting manipulated because it only shows that nurse will do anything to make money and you better watch out someone like that in your own office, next will be you. The bridge broke and crown is all messed up. My entire mouth is a mess because of them and my health also effecting due the continuous dental treatment. Temproray money for the dentist but permanent damage to our health. My advice to you all who read this is to stay away as much as you can from dentist. Dont' go for cleaning either, they damage your gum and pay attention at the dentist office. Never leave your children alone with the dentist. We will only find very rare dentists that are really care for you and one of them here in Houston was Dr. Hosely who already retired. Please please take care of you and your children mouth and health. My family member asked why I am writing bad review. I told because I care. I care about others so I can't keep quite. I love my people so much.
Though I don??t' have time, I think its imperative for every one of us make little time for the welfare of our country and future citizens. My interaction with this doctor is few years ago. I conceived my first and only child in my late 30's. I never had any complications. She was in good shape and in the right position. I didn??t' had any discharge or health issues. My due date was initially on the 19th of April. I have followed up all my appointments appropriately, but If I do it over again I will not do the ultrasound all the time doctor suggests, because I don??t believe in taking a picture of unborn baby in the womb unnecessary. Her heart beat and everything was normal. Anyway as we got close to the delivery date, I think it was April 11- 14, Doctor suggest me to do a C-section out of the blue, for no apparent reason. He changed my due date to 11th and told me you are over your due date. He also showed little concern there and here, during the first week, about me getting pain during the Easter time. I can't recollect much. I think he waited till 14th thinking the pain will come and I will deliver normal before his holiday hit. Then his suggestion to delivery came during the 12-14 of April. It??s kind of manipulation saying - if you won't, you may end up having to go through extra pain and do it anyway- as he think I have small cervical cavity. As a new mom and not knowing much about the delivery world I agreed and did the C-section, where they only let one family member in the operating room and he had some students or more staffs and I almost got killed not able to breathe. They did 2 epidural for me. It took 2 weeks for me to get up from the bed and months to heal. I think the Easter holidays and student money motivated him to encourage me to do the C-section. I still regret and I never had another baby. My tummy still looks like I am pregnant. It??s sad people only care about themself and their finance.
I have a 3/12 year old girl, and I just moved to Katy from spring, TX. Her first pediatrician was referred to me by my OB. I had not done any research on him then, as it was my first experience even having a baby. Nevertheless, I went to him for the 3 consecutive years, I wasn't happy with his service. When I moved to Katy, I realized I had to find a new pediatrician and I don??t' want to pick randomly. My target was to find the best pediatrician for her. While I was browsing in the net to find a good Pediatrician in the area, I came across insider pages, which I think is a best website for the community. I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the owner of the website. Great help to the community. Good job! I found the Katy Pediatrics through a review in the insider page and now I think its time for me to give some useful feedback. Our pediatrician is Adam Cohen at the Katy pediatrics. He looks young and represented himself with clean attire and good personality. I was very impressed with the way he treated my daughter. He was very professional and was very ease and playful with her. My daughter liked him so much that she wants to visit him again. The nurse, I don't remember her name, was excellent. She did a vaccination for my baby and it was outstanding; My daughter didn't feel any pain. It was a pleasant visit. But remember this is only my initial visit and nothing important. I hope this review will help.

I haven??t got a chance since 2006 to continue on my review about Cohen. Primarily, because I have been busy. When we write a review it should be useful and meaningful. I think all of our situations are different and so does the review. For instance, my daughter is a normal girl with God??s blessing, so I might be happy with Cohen because we only needed simple solutions; however, some children??s problems are perplexing and needed much complicated treatments; The parents with such problems, should write and read reviews that reflects such treatment to have a better understanding about the doctor. Besides, our perceptions differ vastly; my preference about doctor will not be the same with the other parents. So I recommend you all read different reviews for better evaluation. However if you get few best reviews about same doctor, its worth trying. Just blatant reviews such as ??this doctor is good?, and that doctor is bad? without any reason is not beneficial to anyone as I mentioned before our opinion differ. Without cause and effect we can??t decide.
Well! Coming to the point Dr Cohen is a very good doctor. He has pleasing personality. In fact, my daughter anicipates to visit him. I think she likes him, because, he is friendly and treat her like one of his own, respects her as a client and pays attention to her problems. Conversely, as a parent, I am contended with his bedside manner and professionalism. He always listened to me carefully to evaluate the situation. He never prescribed unnecessary medicines for a quick relief. He always considered her best interest. Once when she had 103 degree temperature and cold, after probing all the symptoms, he asked me to monitor her for couple of days and bring her back only if the temperature consistently goes up. Perhaps I am not a very fan of medicine myself so I like the doctor who administer them only if it??s inevitable. Cohen is the best doctor my girl ever had. Good luck.
