I just wanted to let others know of my experience with Roseville Pediatrics. I recentlly called in when my child had a fever of 103+ and they told me they could take me in a few hours and not to worry...this wasn't a high temp! When I took him in they said everything looked good, they could see anything wrong with his ears, throat or eyes. They said they would test for the Flu and have the results back that afternoon. Once 5 hours passed, they hadn't call me and my son was still very sick I called in to see if his test results were in. When I called they let me know that they accidentally forgot to send his test out and I would have to wait until tomorrow night for results. My son was very sick and they simply forgot about his test. I then pitched a fit and demanded results as promised. They did the test with the hour and then said he didn't have the flu...it was simply a "bug". I wasn't satisfied with this since my son was having trouble breathing by now and still had a temp of 103. So I took him to a family doctor. This doctor say that he had an ear infection, and a very red throat with spots. So this justifies my point...Roseville is far too large to care about your child. I will not be going back to say they least!
