We had been coming here for years, and since our pets were realatively healthy, we continued to come out of convenience in spite of the over officious office help, merry go round of vets, pushing unnecessary services. That is until misdiagnosed and would have killed one of our pets had we not abandoned treatment and switched Vets. Beware: rigid, insensitive, impersonal and sometimes just wrong.
