I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! The atmosphere is quaint, quiet, and personal - with very friendly and fast service. Hands down best Chinese food in the area!!! The prices are INCREDIBLE. A HUGE lunch for 2 with soup, drink, meal, egg roll, and dessert came to $11.50 with tax!!!!! You can't beat their prices! Yum! I don't think there's anything about this place I would change!

Tire Tracks USA

I took my car in because I needed a tune up, and also thought I needed shocks and struts (there was quite a bit of noise) turned out there was a piece of plastic loose on my car causing the issue!!!! Any other place in town would have robbed me blind! The guys were VERY helpful and the price was EXCELLENT. By far the BEST place in Joliet to take your car to!!!! (trust me; I've been everywhere - and can tell you some horror stories :) Thanks to everyone there for the fast service - and an excellent price!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Music

I ordered a new amplifier from this place for an upcoming tour and they took my money and gave me the runaround, pushing back the date I would receive the amp for 6 months (I was promised to receive it after ONE month)! Every time I called - no one seemed to know what was going on... (at one point I had to DRIVE out to the store so that someone would HAVE to talk to me!). I ended up having to purchase another amp for my tour!!!!!

When the amp I ordered from them finally came in, the box was opened, the amp was dirty, in another brand's box, and wouldn't even turn on.

They re-ordered the amp for me (which took another month - and came packaged "new" ) but I've had nothing but trouble with it fromt he minute I opened the box - so having to go back on tour, I left it behind.

It's sat in a corner in my band room because it was basically unusable (static, popping, crunching, so loud it killed any sound coming through the cabinets - not to mention one of the channels never even worked). I wasn't going to waste another dime or another seconds time dealing with those people (and losing more shows!!) so it sits - unused.

I recently took it to a service shop (because we need a back-up amp for touring) and the service tech (who is a warranty specialist) told me that ALL of the tubes that were supposed to be in the amp were replaced with Chinese/Japanese (cheap) tubes - and most of them were the wrong size anyway!!!!! (Which was giving me trouble all this time) I ended up paying $400 in repairs for an amp head that cost me nearly a grand... not to mention the interest I had to pay on my credit card while I waited to receive it/pay it off!!!! I Wish I NEVER would have done business with these people.
