The art in this museum is exceptional. However, ditto to the first review, the employees fuse with your shadow, breathe down your throat, and inhibit you from having a positive viewing experience. If they would tell their employees to back off, the visit would be more worthwhile...
These people really screwed up my eyebrows! The girl who did my brows kept asking me uncomfortable questions about my sexuality (the girl actually asked me if I had a girlfriend because I wasn't married!), and was in a huge hurry, even though I went in an hour before they closed. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT EYEBROW WAX! It is hokey and unprofessional!
This restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and provides its customers with a warm environment. The walls are covered with local artwork and there is ample seating. The kitchen faces the customers so that even the most finicky eater can make sure the staff isn't doing anything shady to their food. Service is friendly, but slow. The food is alright, but not great. To be completely honest, you could probably make pasta just as good in the comfort of your own home! Nevertheless, you get hefty portions and a nice big hunk of garlic bread with your entree. If you get linguine, be prepared, its more like fettuccine noodles than linguine noodles!
I absolutely love the margaritas here, and their queso isn't too bad either. Unfortunately, the price you pay for food and beverages at The Mont is totally NOT worth the dining experience. This restaurant does not have a good atmosphere! It is cramped, the decor is terrible (imagine cross breeding between athletics on television, dirty oriental rugs, and bookshelves), and the service is barely functional: you will be lucky if you can find someone to take your order for you, let alone fill up your drink! Don't let the advertising fool you, this place is shabby and overrated!
