I ordered an item online, paid for it, waited for it. I made an appt. to have my item engraved (this took many, many phone calls until I finally found someone able to do it, an hour an a half away on my day off.) I received the item a couple of days later.
The wrong item was sent. This wrong item cost $13 less than what I had ordered. I called the store from my job to make arrangements to have the correct item sent. After some persistence, they agreed to send it Overnight so I would still have it in time to make the appt. for engraving. Had my order been filled correctly, I would have made the appt. no problem. Arrived on a Thursday, appt. on Monday.
After this phone call, I got home that night from work to find an email saying they don't have my work phone no. and there is no Overnight delivery - something that should have been verified before we got off the phone. The cut-off time (which I inquired about before we got off the phone) was 2 pm, so regardless, it was now too late to send any corrections out that day.
So instead of sending the item, hoping it would arrive on Saturday anyway or receiving by 10:30 am on Monday, they sat on it. I called Sunday, but the girl that helped me doesn't work Sundays and the girl I spoke with knew nothing about it. I called today and found out the girl who originally helped me is off all week.
Never again. This was a gift to be given at a farewell dinner. I will find this item through another company and undoubtedly have a better experience.
