I love listening to Dan and Kim in the mornings. I know what time it is by what is going on with their program. When they're not on (which isn't too often), I get all confused!! They have a great chemistry and good supporting staff. I love listening to their banter back and forth. They have a nice mix or music and talk and I always get caught up on what is going on in Hollywood.
My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for a couple of years now. We always get our oil changed there and do routine maintenance. The staff is very educated in their field and we've been very satisfied with the work.
This is a great bar to sit and visit with friends. It is literally located in a tunnel. The furniture is comfortable and the set up is cozy with a number of small tables. They have great martini's. I found the servers to be a little uppity but it hasn't stopped us from going there.
I've been shopping at the Kittery Trading Post for about 30 years. They have everything you could want for just about any kind of outdoor activity and sport. They have quite an extensive amount of clothing and shoes as well. You can always find a bargain or two.
No trip to Maine is complete without a stop at Bob's Clam Hut. Whether I'm going shopping in Kittery or up to Camden to see my sister, I always stop at Bob's. I've been going there for about 25 years. It used to literally be a hut but has recently been expanded into quite a little diner. The fresh seafood is always delicious.
My family and I used to camp at Worden's Pond. They were nice enough to let us leave our camper there and rent a site every other weekend, which was a big help to us. I wasn't that crazy about the campground. The playground is in the middle of a field that hardly has any shade at all. There is not a pool on site and you actually have to leave the grounds to get to the pond to go swimming. The water in the pond is a gross orange color and not that appealing.
This restaurant is a staple in the Avon area and some of the best pizza and Italian dishes around. I've been there for lunch several times. It's probably not the best place to go if you are in a hurry. The place is always packed and it's not that easy to get in and out in an hour. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu items.
If you are ever in the market for a hat, any kind of hat, this is the place to go. They have every themed hat you could ever think of. My son had a blast in there and couldn't decide what hat to get. They're not cheap, but it's a great little shop and fun to poke around in.
I've been to lunch here several times. It has a small dining area but offers great meals at a reasonable price. There is outside seating when the weather permits. The staff is always friendly and well informed about the menu and specials. They are good about getting you in and out when you are on your lunch hour.
I've been to this tavern several times while vacationing in Chatham. It's a great little tavern frequented by the locals and visitors. They have a great raw bar. It's located right on the main drag and there really isn't much parking other than in the area lots. I recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner.
