Hallmark builds beautiful homes. They are somewhat cookie cutter, but they are a higher quality and have more luxury options than your average run of the mill new-construction homes. They are classy,
The sunroom options they have are seriously beautiful. The moment you walk into the store, its easy to get a great picture of what you want, because they do such a great job of giving examples.
The Kirby's themselves are great, and it's awesome that they come to your home and clean your actual carpets, but these guys won't take no for an answer. They stayed at our house for 3 HOURS, trying to convince us to buy one. It was 10 PM before they left. Crazy, Now I want a Kirby, but I will never let them back into my home!
It's true that the actual oil change is only 10 minutes, but they are always so busy, that I wait for atleast a half hour before I get the oil change! It's also a pretty hefty price to pay for an oil change.
I called to get a price on a simple replacement part, and waited on the phone for 15 minutes, and they couldn't really give me a straight answer. I was thoroughly annoyed. I couldn't get anywhere with them on the phone, so I didn't trust them to fix my car.
They were helpful here, and the price was about average. I wouldn't say they were above and beyond the call by any means. They fixed my car the wrong way, and I spent hundreds of dollars trying to get it fixed right.
I called around one day to get prices on fixing a part on my car, and of all places, they were not just higher priced, but significantly higher priced. They do a great job, but I can find other mechanics who are just as qualified for a cheaper price.
Mr. Altramore is very kind and helpful. You can tell he cares about the customer, and doing a quality job on the cars he works on. The work done is always dependable.
Unfortunately, Highlander doesn't really have that great of prices, or even selection for the high prices. Its priced similar to a convenience store. I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way to get a better deal, than have low selection and high prices.
I wouldn't call them top of the line, but they make nice arrangements, and are willing to work with what you want. You have to be specific with them, though, or they may throw some extras in there that you don't want.
