My friend and I ordered two steak house burgers, waited 5 minutes (in the pull around area) for the food. I got home, took a bite into my burger and found it was sickly undercooked, (cold red center) and cool to the touch but grey exterior. I called to complain to the manager who dismissed my complaint with indifference, giving a standard we cook our food to a specific temperature response. The expressed no concern that maybe the equipment might be defective. Don't go if you value your health. I filed complaints with the BBB and Erie County Public Health department requesting that the equipment be checked, food quality monitored and the manager with the dismissive attitude about safety be removed. Public safety, especially in these times, is not something to be taken as lightly as my complaint was.
I have been there twice now, both times were during a weekend dinner hour, in both instances I was seated within two minutes, my drink never ran out (this is a big thing for me) and our waitress was there without being overburdening. The food was great, the appetizers creative and delicious, and the portions were, well, Buffalo sized. The only thing to speak ill was that the deserts were not as good as the rest of the food and drinks, but still the deserts were better than most other restaurants.
I cant say this enough, great food, great drinks, great service.
Dr. Olson and his team were amazing. I brought my new puppy to them after she developed pneumonia. I had called several other vets closer to my house, but was ignored or belittled by them. When I called Amclare the experience was amazing they gave me a few signs to check for, overnight to make sure it wasn't just nothing and a day later when she was worse they were decent enough to meet with me even after they closed. They took my puppy in and treated her, now she is happy and healthy. Most vets can diagnose and treat an illness but it is rare to find a vet who takes such great care of their patients and patients owners.
