My Girlfriend and I always travel to Gatlinburg every year. We ate at Duffs because it was in the old Fat Mans Pizza building. The food was horrible and we both wound up sick on our vacation.
You will be pampered at the J Christophers Resturant. I meet with a group of college buddies about once a month for breakfast. The food is good, the coffee is always hot and the staff is very attentive to our needs to get in and out in an hour. Expect to spend between $8-12 for breakfast.
I purchased an investment home through Keller Williams. The agent I delt with the most was John Zerker. John was very informed about the areas we were looking in. He always had recommendations and when we settled on a house he we the distance to see that we taken care of and handled quickly. I would recommend Keller Williams to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Vinings/Smyrna area.
I spun out on 41 and bent the wheel on the rear of my Ranger. I put the spare tire on and called the dealership, they wanted over $350 to replace the wheel, I looked on ebay and it was almost impossible to find an identical wheel. I drove by Hub Cap Annie and went inside. They pulled a good looking wheel out of the back and only charged $125. The also carry hubcaps.
This was the one and only Big Chic I ever knew of until my last trip to Alabama. Big Chic is stationed in an old Hardees building. Big Chic has learned how to make some awesome fried chicken, its a little more pricey than KFC, but much better.
Freds is a general store full of junk and no name items. We go camping about twice a year and stop in at Freds to browse the junk. We bought a radio with and batteries there last time we went down, it appears that the old radio died. It was cheap, about $20, sounds like crap, but we made it through. I forgot to mention the wiffle ball bat we got, that provided us with hours of endless fun for about $2.
Ducks Trolley is an old establishment in Manchester, dont expect to see shiny floors or fancy furniture, they saved all the fireworks for the food. The best burger I have ever eaten in my life is at Ducks Trolley. We go camping about twice a year in Warm Springs and make the trip every time to eat at Ducks. If you are within 30 miles, get in the car and stop by!!!
Freds is like a general store. I travel to visit with my father in Alabama and we make stops in Rockmart to do a little shopping at walmart and freds. The store leave somethings to be desired. Dont expect any name brand items on the shelf, its all no named items. Its a good place to get out and just stretch your legs.
When I was having trouble getting to sleep I turned to the over the counter crap that left me drowsy in the morning. A couple months of that and I decided I would try a natural remedy so I went to the Herb Shop. The lady there recommend three different herbs, that cost me about $110. I bought them and they worked very well.
I needed some cheap rotors to replace the warped rotors on my Suburban. I called around and O'Reillys had the cheapest replacement rotors. I paid about $27 each for some cheap made rotors and so far they have not warped, so before I ever turn another pair, I will get a new set from O'Reillys.
