Sit down and expect to wait an hour. That's what the office is like. And you never get to see your own doctor. or talk to her/him. They rotate soooo much. And all the doctors except Dr. Kleiner are harsh. And the staff is snotty and mean. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where they appreciate your business.
