New Seasons Market
This is a very popular New Seasons and parking can be problematic during peak times but it is well worth the trip and aggravation. The butchers at this shop are exceptional and the bakery is divine. On Saturday and Sunday when they do sampling, the people at this location dishing out the samples are very generous and happy for you to taste the offerings.
New Seasons Market
There is ample parking close to the store at this New Seasons Market. Like all the others, the people who work here are exceptionally helpful. The wine steward knows his inventory and the cheese people are also very knowledgeable. Nice selection of plants and flowers outside.
Wool N' Wares Yarn Shop
Wool N' Wares has been in business for a while in this location in West Linn and the owner had shops previously in other locations so she knows what it takes to make you want to come back. She has a range of yarns and sometimes has garments that she knitted for sale. I have bought both yarns and garments from her and have been pleased with all my purchases. If you buy the yarn form her, you get unlimited advice on your project for free.
Molehill Farm
Molehill Farm is packed with every imaginable yarn and accessory for knitting, crocheting and all fiber crafts. They give classes which are either technique oriented or project oriented and they are good, with support during and after the class ends.
Kassab Jewelers
Kassab's is a high end jewelery store with equally high end stones. They stand behind their stuff and once you are a customer, you are a customer for life. Bring in your piece any time for a cleaning or tune-up.
Simply Precious Jewelry & Gifts
Simply Precious is the place to go to get your travel jewelry. The quality is good and the people who work here are a fun group. They like their product and enjoy showing it off. The also have some great gift items.
Recycled Gardens
The idea behind Recycled Gardens is that instead of throwing out landscaping plants that you no longer want, make them available to others. What is available is dependent on what has been brought in so it's worth frequent trips.
Chuck's Place
It seems like half the time I stop by hoping to get a coffee and sweet, this shop-is closed. They have limited hours (mostly mornings only) but when they are open, everything is very good. There are tables inside as well as a few outside.
Needlepoint Plus
Needlepointers, here's your store. They have everything you want and the people who work here know their stuff. Every color is available with whatever you need for your project. And if you're just looking for something for another fiber craft, it's likely you will find something suitable here.
Nature's Pet Market
Nature's Pet has recently changed owners but I don't see much difference. They do have a good selection of pet items and food. But the sales staff needs better training - they don't seem to know what they have in the store and consequently sometimes can't help you find something.
