While I was very satisifed on the inital purchase, set up etc., of an above ground pool about 6 years ago, when it came time this year to obtain a replacement liner; I was greatly disappointed. After leaving numerous messages, I finally got a call back. The conversation was a figurative throwing up of the hands by the Watson representative, essentially saying that Watsons did not provide liner replacements. This person would/could not provide a reference for someone who could help. I find this lack of support service unacceptable. Therfore I would suggest anyone who is interested in long term support to carefully explore other options.
